We did the grazing table which was a huge hit - almost gone before dinner and the entrees and sides we picked complimented each other. At the tasting - Susan was very thorough and we even had my in laws there and she had no problem cooking for them as well. We were not planning to have a cake as my husband and I are not sweet type people but Susan gave us the option to do a cake and cupcakes which everyone loved including us. I showed her a picture of the cake I wanted and she said \"no problem\" and definitely delivered. We told her we had a few people that could not have gluten and she adjusted appropriately. She was super easy to communicate with and even when we had to reschedule she was on time and very sweet.
