“A few things that stood out the most about Isaac were how responsive he was, how he was able to accommodate to our budget, and how he took pictures from angles and views that turned out great on the photos. As a couple with demanding careers, I much appreciated how quickly Isaac was with replying to emails. We had a pretty tight budget, and Isaac was able to offer us a package that landed pretty close to our budget and only had the items that we needed the most (mini engagement photoshoot for the website and wedding day). Our ask for him was to get some candid shots as we feel pretty awkward in front of the camera. I personally think that the wedding day pictures came out more naturally because of the setting being surrounded with friends and families, and Isaac and Sushen did a great job capturing the candid moments beautifully. Isaac even had an idea for me to pose by climbing up a wooden stair ladder for a shot that I honestly wasn't sure how it was going to turn out while doing it, but it ended up turning out beautiful and magazine-like in addition to other ones that he asked us to pose for. Isaac put together a behind the scenes video that also showed the reactions of guests to our photo place cards before we had entered the reception area, and this was lovely in that we got to see our guests' reactions that we weren't able to see.”

“My husband and I hired Randall to serve as our photographer for our wedding last summer. In short, Randall did a wonderful job. From the first call he was very kind and relaxed, which we really appreciated given how stressful the wedding planning process can be at times. We selected his “Notting Hill” package, which we loved because it included not only wedding photography, but also an engagement photoshoot, a guestbook based on the engagement photoshoot, and a wedding photo album (with parent copies). The engagement photoshoot came out beautifully; we tried to time it to coincide with the foliage peaking, and Randall was extremely patient and flexible with us as we tried to plan for and work around the unpredictable Boston fall weather. The engagement photoshoot itself also came out great; even though neither my husband nor I had experience getting our picture taken in this type of setting, Randall made us feel very comfortable and had excellent ideas to take advantage of the scenery. We loved the photos so much we had trouble choosing which to use for our save the date cards. During the weeks leading up to the wedding, Randall was very organized and responsive, and stayed in close touch with us to discuss different logistics and plans related to coordinating with the videographers, timing, portraits with family members, and sunset photos, etc. On the wedding day itself, Randall kept us very calm and relaxed throughout the day, worked seamlessly with the videographers, and also took many amazing photographs that made great use of the colors and light, showed his impressive creative vision, and beautifully captured every part of the day. We were so delighted to see all the photographs a few months after the wedding, and to later work with Randall on a photo album which provides a tangible pictorial summary of our day (in fact, we also had trouble choosing what should go into the album because there were also so many great pictures to choose from). Finally, in addition to our wedding reception last summer, Randall also served as a photographer for our legal city hall wedding last winter, and similarly did an excellent job with that too. In short, we had a terrific experience working with Randall and feel very lucky to have been able to work with him as our wedding photographer.”

“Shukhrat and his wife Rachel just shot our June 8th wedding and we couldn't be happier. They were amazing to work with and the photos are phenomenal! About the pictures: Shukhrat is versatile and very skilled. When we took our engagement photos he provided us with various styles of photos and editing, and then used our feedback to guide the photos he took at our wedding. He is also flexible. We got married in a city park and there were wayyyy more people in the park than we were expecting at 6:00pm at night. Without missing any of the candid details or true-to-life colors that we wanted, Shukhrat was able to frame the photos and/or alter the lighting so that the park goers were barely visible in the background. Both Shukhrat and Rachel are also very skilled at giving direction when needed, but letting you do your own thing the rest of the time. Neither my husband nor I have a lot of experience in front of a camera—they gave us enough direction to feel confident, without making us feel stifled or overly posed. We wanted photos that felt organic and genuine, and they were really able to capture that. Working with Shukhrat and Rachel: The two of them were a dream to work with. Incredibly professional--very communicative, punctual, quick turnaround time on photos. And they are also just lovely people. You spend so much time on your wedding day with your photographers, it's really important to feel comfortable with them, and we certainly did. They brought both a fun, but calming energy, easing our pre-wedding jitters before the ceremony, and leaning into the excitement as the night went on. She spent time getting to know us and made sure we were able to capture amazing, memorable photos, without losing sight of the actual point of the day and party we were there to enjoy. Multiple times she seamlessly adapted our shot plan on-the-fly to let us have more time to be with guests or have a moment to ourselves when she sensed we needed it.
