“Hire Lo. You won't regret it. Not only does she know what she is doing in terms of getting all the planned shots, she got incredible candid shots and live shots of my groom and I, our families, and our guests. As we've been looking back so far at our pictures, we get to relive the emotion of the day. It's the intangible thing that an incredible photographer can do--capture the emotion. I can feel our joy radiating out of our photos and I am so grateful I hired Lo. Years from now we are going to get to experience this day over-and-over because the quality of her photos is incredible. The variety of shots she was able to get makes it seem like she had second shooter (but she's just that good). Our first look was perfect. She made sure we got some golden hour shots and then got us right back to dinner so we could eat. She also is incredible at giving minor adjustment tips to make sure we weren't doing anything weird with our hands lol. “What a dream Emilee was to work with, from start to finish. OUR CEREMONY PARTY: we decided on a private, courthouse elopement on a Wednesday, a 60 person reception party on a Friday. In both, our biggest priority was having a photographer capture the intimate, joyful small details. We went with Emilee because of her eye for the beauty in the small things. “Carroll came recommended to us through our venue's (Sylvan Ridge Farm) preferred vendor list. She was an absolute pleasure to work with!! Leading up to our wedding day she was extremely organized and fun to talk to - always making us feel like we could absolutely trust her, which we did! On our big day she was patient, calm, never got overwhelmed dealing with large family shots, and she was the sweetest. She made us feel super comfortable with every single photo, and that meant a lot to us as a same sex couple. As for how the pictures turned out ... they are STUNNING!
