Various indoor and outdoor spaces enable a completely bespoke wedding experience, year-round. We offer two rental options: a single day rental for elopement-style weddings (maximum 50 guests), or a multi-day stay at the property with the ability to host unlimited events for up to 200 guests (typically 5-night minimum). With my love and experience in interior design, my family and I built a intimate, classic styled wedding venue here in Rexburg. With a family of 8 kids, my husband, Derek, and I have learned how to juggle taking kids to school, making meals, changing diapers, working, and pretty much everything under the sun. When I introduced the concept of The Avenues to my husband and children, it wasn’t just another thing for me and my husband to juggle. There’s a white shabby-chic wall of shiplap in The Avenues, and my kids take pride in knowing they helped. As we painted, designed, and put this wedding venue together, our kids took ownership of their work and caught the vision that this is a family business. We’ve heard it time and time again—it’s all about family—and when you join us at The Avenues, you become a part of our family.

Our North Location (Studios- 173 E. Main St.) & South Location (Venue- 142. E. Main St.) are conveniently located in Rigby, Idaho… just off the Highway between Rexburg & Idaho Falls. The Venue & the Studios offer multi-purpose event spaces (that range in size) and are available for private + public rentals at hourly and event prices. These creative studios host a variety of events including weddings, receptions, family & company parties, markets, classes, galleries, photoshoots, video productions, recitals, client meetings, school dances, class reunions, family reunions, bachelor/ bachelorette parties, book signings, music concerts, and baby/ bridal showers, fitness classes, church services, classes and more!

The Barn on 1st is a 91-year-old dairy barn that was in the same family until 4 years ago when we purchased the property from the Heath family. The Barn is the most beautiful venue in Southeast Idaho, it's close to Jackson Hole, Wyoming, Yellowstone National Park, Island Park, and The beautiful Grand Tetons, making this the perfect destination for your upcoming wedding! You will feel like you're at a country wedding while being right in town in the middle of Idaho Falls.
