We cannot say enough good things about Heather and her team. I discovered Heather in a bride group and knew that I just had to have her as my photographer. I expected beautiful photos, but we got so much more. Heather and her team made our wedding era so wonderful. She treats you like a best friend she’s known her whole life. Hi! My name is Mae, and I live in Brooklyn with my girlfriend, our two dogs Apollo and Bia, her cat Gigi and my lizard, Basil! I’ve always been passionate about capturing moments as authentically and magically as possible, and as i’ve settled more into this career path, I love that i’ve landed in a place where I have the privilege to capture and preserve people’s love stories. Weddings and elopements are so distinctly and uniquely human, and it’s truly the biggest honor to be trusted to document them.

Awarded Best of Zola
I came across Mae’s work when looking for a photographer for engagement photos in Central Park, and I was immediately impressed with Mae and knew we were going to be incredibly happy with the results. Mae responded immediately to all my questions, day or night, and took the time to video chat with me at length twice before the shoot to discuss what we were looking for in our photos. Before the shoot, I had sent her a few examples of what I liked, and not only did the photos come out exactly how I wanted them, but were even more perfect than I envisioned. The engagement shoot itself was so much fun, and Mae made us feel so comfortable throughout the entire process, despite us thinking we’d both feel awkward getting posed photos of us taken. Mae truly had a vision for what poses, locations, and lighting would work, and the execution was perfect. Some of the feedback we got from our friends was that the photos looked like a magazine, and that they were “ethereal.” Even better, Mae somehow got us the edited photos back within 24 hours of the shoot. Her pricing is also incredibly reasonable given the quality of her work, meticulousness, and experience in photography, as well as the very quick turnaround time. My fiance and I truly cannot recommend her enough, and we are excited to work with her again in the future. She is truly an artist, and any couple would be incredibly lucky to work with her!

R&R Productions

5.0

  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $3,599
  • Serves Dry Prong, LA

We are a photo and cinema team. Our niche is weddings, fashion and quinceaneras. We love what we do and our foundation is Jesus. Without Him we would not be here. We are a destination team as well. We travel the U.S. and abroad.

Words cannot fully express the gratitude we feel for the incredible team behind R&R Productions! From the moment we met them during our engagement shoot, they instantly made us feel at ease, turning what could have been a nerve-wracking experience into something genuinely fun and unforgettable. Their warm personalities, unmatched professionalism, and creative vision were evident right from the start. When it came to our wedding day—the most important day of our lives—they didn’t just capture moments; they captured the very essence of love, joy, and celebration that surrounded us. They didn’t feel like vendors; they felt like family, celebrating alongside us while documenting each precious second. They even covered us in prayer, which meant so much to us. Raphael worked through an injury without us knowing, simply because he didn’t want us to adjust anything for him. That level of dedication and selflessness left us in awe. They don’t just take pictures and record videos; they weave a story from the beginning to the end, preserving the magic and emotions in a way that’s truly extraordinary. And I just don’t even know where to begin with Rasheeda. We met through a Facebook post I replied to—one I initially thought was a scam. Boy, was I wrong! She and I ended up talking that very same day for over an hour, and it felt like we’d known each other forever. From the start, it was never just a business transaction; it felt like family helping to prepare for the big moments in life. Her warmth and genuine care meant everything to us. I don’t know what I did to be so lucky to have crossed paths with this amazing team, but I am forever grateful that we did. I honestly feel like I should keep them on retainer for every milestone in life because I cannot imagine anyone else being able to document such meaningful moments with the care and dedication they do. Choosing them was one of the best decisions we made, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly! Jerome and I are so grateful for the both of you.

We are incredibly grateful Xenia was our engagement/wedding photographer and couldn't be happier with the results! The photos will speak to her technical talent; her professionalism and dedication to her craft are evident in every shot. It was so hard for me to only select 6 photos. What the images don't explicitly show is that Xenia was an absolute joy to work with. She is clear, transparent, and helpful in her communication. Her straightforward and friendly communication ensured we were always on the same page and felt supported throughout the process. While shooting, she is organized and efficient. We got every shot we hoped for and then some. Her enthusiasm and joy were infectious. She made these two awkward nerds feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera. We cannot recommend Xenia enough! We will cherish the photos you took forever!

We discovered Leah on Zola, and right from our first conversation, we knew she was the one. Her experience and artistic eye were exactly what we wanted to capture our dream wedding. Leah made the whole process stress-free with her clear communication and warm personality. On the big day, Leah walked into a whirlwind of activity, but she calmly focused and started capturing the magic. She helped me stay relaxed and assured me everything would be perfect – I'll never forget that. Leah's photos are simply breathtaking. She's a true artist who captured every detail just as I imagined. She made sure we had time for portraits, but also caught those spontaneous, joyful moments that made our day so special. We are beyond thrilled with the photos Leah delivered. The cherry on top was seeing how excited Leah was at the wedding – she even quickly edited a photo on the spot! Picture yourself 10 years from now on your wedding anniversary looking back at your wedding album with tears welling up in your eyes as you relive your day. I am more than your wedding photographer, I am your guide, biggest fan, and the curator of your love story, I will also be the one tearing up from behind my lens.

Danielle went above and beyond to make sure that my husband and I had the perfect wedding day. Within minutes of our first video call with Danielle, we were sure that she was the perfect fit for our special day. She has such a personal touch about her that really stood out to us immediately - she was so interested in getting to know us as a couple and as individuals. Continually throughout our wedding planning process, Danielle would check in with us to answer any questions we had, offer suggestions and advice when needed and discuss our visions for our wedding day. She brought all our wedding day visions to life through her photography and beyond that, she brought a calming, fun-loving and positive energy. She captured so many special memories on our wedding day - the raw emotion, the candid moments, the beautiful landscapes, the laughs and everything in between. By the end of the day, my husband and I, and our guests, felt like Danielle was apart of the family. When we got our sneak peak photos back, it was impossible for us to choose favorites because every photo is just incredible. I cannot say enough good things about Danielle. She is incredibly talented at what she does and she is such a kind and caring person. She exceeded our expectations in SO many ways and we are so thankful that we chose her to be apart of our wedding day.
