Our Story Hello everyone. We are Matthew & Penny Garofalo, a husband and wife videography team based near Pittsburgh. We met during our time at Kent State University, fell in love shortly thereafter, and have been enjoying life together ever since. We married in an intimate elopement on the first day of Spring, 2018 and not long after celebrated our marriage among our closest family and friends. When we aren’t filming, we enjoy traveling, spending time outdoors, and snuggling our cats, Doug & Momo, and our pup, Halle.

As the owner of STRATA, I have the privilege of capturing love in motion for couples just like you, and I get to call it my job! Even though I had been creating video content since 2006, I accidentally fell into this wedding cinema videography career path in 2013 by filming my cousin's wedding as a favor.
