Hello couples and congrats on your engagement! My name is Mike and I am the founder of Humblebee Wedding Films. We love filming with emotion which is why weddings are one of our most favorite live events to document. We have been filmmakers for many years but just started filming weddings in 2021. From our very first wedding we knew that this was going to be our calling. I tell all my couples, if I am getting teary-eyed while editing your wedding film...I know I'm doing it right! I can't wait to talk with you about how we can make magic together. P.S. We are a firm believer in equality and inclusion. Love is love!

My background is in music recording technology and operations management. This means I am well versed at capturing crystal clear audio and weaving that audio throughout your wedding film. My management background has taught me how to be flexible and dynamic. We haven't filmed a wedding yet where everything went perfect and on-time. Constantly adapting to what the day calls for is what makes us your preferred vendor for wedding videography. We are service providers FIRST and creatives second. That means your satisfaction with the wedding film experience is our number ONE priority!

Working with the Humblebee team was a fun, relaxing, easy going experience! We were on the fence of hiring a wedding videographer, but after meeting with Mike and reviewing some of the Humblebee work we were sold and have ZERO regrets! Mike was thorough with us from the start, always answering our questions, never leaving out details and always communicated with us clearly. He reached out to us on a timely countdown, always making sure our expectations were met. By the time wedding day came we were more than ready to leave it all in the hands of the team and sit back as they worked their magic and boy did they!! Dan and Sam were outstanding and so fun to have at our wedding. They got so many great shots and were outstandingly professional. As a couple, my husband and I are not "slow dance/emotionally lovey" people and Mike heard that message loud and clear so when we got back our teaser video it exceeded our expectations and we are more apt to call it our "hype reel." We could not have been happier with hiring this team and highly recommend their services!

Mike filmed our wedding in December 2021 and was absolutely amazing! He worked seamlessly with our photographer, day-of coordinator, and DJ, which made everything run so smoothly. I got my video just days after the wedding, and it was beautifully put together. Even a year later, I’m still so happy with it—especially after I lost the link and Mike got it back to me right away! I’d recommend this company 100%!

We primarily film within New England but we are willing to discuss destination travel arrangements. For weddings within New England we do not charge any travel fees unless extenuating circumstances merit a hotel or other unexpected expenses.

We have a 2-hour minimum package for $1,597 that many of our elopement clients love!

Once you know your wedding date, we recommend reaching out as soon as possible about our availability. We film a limited number of weddings every year to ensure our couples receive the highest quality service, so our calendar typically fills up months in advance. We do not hold dates, the first couple to sign a contract and pay the initial payment gets the date!

Yes! We have general liability, professional liability, and aerial drone insurance. We are happy to provide proof of insurance upon request.

We make every preparation to film rain or shine. Our cameras are weather sealed and we have special jackets to cover our filming equipment in the event of rain.

We have a team of editors that have edited thousands of weddings and can turn your video around in a very short time period, on average 4-weeks for you to get your films back.

We can offer this, however it requires an additional expense to have an editor on-site ready to begin editing as we are filming. Contact us for more details.

Yes, trailers and highlight films are shared publicly on our website and social media platforms for marketing and advertising purposes. If you wish to keep a certain aspect of your video private we can discuss making small edits for the public version. We are also willing to keep all of your videos private with a signed non-disclosure agreement and a small fee for consideration of our inability to use our work for marketing purposes.

We are licensed, insured, and registered with the FAA. Drone videography is included in our Gold package and above. On occasion we cannot fly due to wind, weather, venue restrictions, or FAA airspace restrictions. We will do everything in our power to get drone footage of your wedding and will submit for permitting, if required.
