We are a unique, family-owned and -operated wedding and event venue located on 10 acres, just 5 miles East of The Woodlands. Lone Star Hall, our existing barn, has a familiar dance hall feel and our amazing outdoor space feels like your own backyard. San Jacinto Hall, our brand-new modern farmhouse, can accommodate up to 225 guests and has an amazing back porch overlooking a grassy courtyard and the pond! Rentals range from Venue Only up to All-Inclusive or can be customized to anywhere in between. Alcohol must be purchased through the venue, but other than that, we have a 100% open vendor policy with no fees for outside vendors.

Having throughout my life a heart for restoration, I couldn’t help myself when I discovered this property. It had been neglected for years but I could see its potential and its location was perfect. It was tucked just far enough out of Houston to feel the serenity of country but not so far out that it was a trip to get there. It had the perfect charm for a wedding venue with its 100 year old house with a wrap around porch surrounded by 100 year old oak trees and the old barn. It was the perfect place to design an all-inclusive wedding venue. And so, we did, building a chapel and reception hall additionally. We host your entire wedding to enable you as a couple and your families to enjoy the celebration while making lasting, precious memories. We guide you through every aspect of planning then execute your plan on the day of. We take charge of making your day everything you dreamt it would be, giving you the ability to focus on the enjoyment of the event rather than its delivery.

Your wedding at Palm Royal Villa will begin in one of two get-ready suites, both of which are elegantly furnished to create relaxing atmospheres. One of these suites is painted a pale pink and comes with chic chaise lounges, four vanities, and a floral accent wall. The other has a metallic color scheme, comfortable black leather couches, and a flat screen TV. From here, you will make your way down the grand staircase to the main level for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Round and banquet tables, Chiavari chairs with cushions, and floor-length black and white linens. You will also have access to the property ahead of the festivities for a two-hour photo shoot and a one-hour rehearsal. On the momentous occasion, a venue manager will be on-site to make sure that everything runs smoothly. The event staff also offers valet parking and assistance with setup and cleanup. Their goal is to create a seamless celebration that allows you sit back, relax, and indulge in the romance.

Our venue represents the most authentic, rustic ceremony and reception barn in central Texas. From the rafters and wood beams, to the shiplap and barn doors throughout (not to mention the silo bar, windmill and classic cistern), you’re bound to have guests talking about your wedding day for years to come. The barn has a capacity to fit 350 guests comfortably with additional seating room outside, under our beautiful pavilion, as well as in our artificial turf section. The property overlooks gorgeous farmland, where you are more than likely going to witness the most beautiful sunsets. *COMING END OF SUMMER/EARLY FALL 2021* We have a beautiful home on the property, that can be used as a bridal suite. The home will be able to sleep 12 guests comfortably, and will have a full kitchen and bathroom. Tired of the same wedding barn look? This 1883 historic Laundry building is the epitome of a unique venue. It has several spaces to choose from- from an intimate 50 person ballroom (great for ceremonies) to a larger 150 person main reception area. The outdoor terrace has beautiful party lights and allows the party to spill outside. There is also a 2 bedroom apartment that can be included to use as a bridal suite or to house the couple. The flexible space is set up with A/V and projector and comes with square tables that can be arranges in multiple ways. We are an open vendor venue and you can provide your own alcohol (with TABC bartending) saving you money. Or leave the planning to us and check out our affordable all-inclusive options. The Retreat at Hempstead is nestled on five acres. The property includes a beautiful newly renovated 4900 sq. ft. country home - THE RETREAT HOUSE and a 1600 sq. ft. event venue - THE BARN at THE RETREAT. The Retreat House has 6 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and kids/teen sleeping and lounge room. Accommodates 23 people (up to 28). Large game room with air hockey, shuffleboard, poker table and bar, living room area, dining table seats 14, breakfast room seats 6, and kitchen bar seating. The multi-purpose room with mounted flat screen television is ideal for meetings and presentations, wellness and yoga, arts and crafts.

We are located on 265 acres on Oyster Creek, in the heart of Sugar Land Texas. We have recently remodeled and have become the best kept secret in the Houston area. I have attached our banquet packages, but we also do custom packaging. Being a private club, we do not have to work in the box. Our ballroom holds up to 200 seated with a dance floor. However, for smaller events, our space is still transformable into an intimate setting.
