Lone Star Hall, our existing barn, has a familiar dance hall feel and our amazing outdoor space feels like your own backyard. San Jacinto Hall, our brand-new modern farmhouse, can accommodate up to 225 guests and has an amazing back porch overlooking a grassy courtyard and the pond! Rentals range from Venue Only up to All-Inclusive or can be customized to anywhere in between. Alcohol must be purchased through the venue, but other than that, we have a 100% open vendor policy with no fees for outside vendors.

Brandt, the "Coca-Cola" building was originally constructed as a general store. Later, the building was split in two to make room for a pharmacy which complimented the nearby local doctor's office which was run by Dr. J.T. Mize, Physician, and Surgeon from 1920 - 1944. The general store, pharmacy, and doctor's office played an integral role in supporting the local commerce that was brought in by the Gulf, Colorado, and Santa Fe Railroad. In the 1960s the general store was sold and over the years played host to a number of restaurants and an antique store which was owned by Cal Ray Schluter who believed in preserving the old building for future generations. In 2022, Mr. Schluter sold the building to Joshua and Natalie DeJong with the purpose of restoring and preserving the building for its historic beauty.

The Middleton venue is a brand new event venue that just finished building in September 2023. This cozy luxurious event center is also a historical replica of the Stewart and Wright drugstore that was once in old Katy! The Middleton venue is a cozy 1274 ft.² we do provide tables chairs for your event. Our Max occupancy is 85 people standing 65 seated. We have two wheelchair accessible bathrooms with baby changing stations in both and easy parking right next to the venue.

Our venue represents the most authentic, rustic ceremony and reception barn in central Texas. From the rafters and wood beams, to the shiplap and barn doors throughout (not to mention the silo bar, windmill and classic cistern), you’re bound to have guests talking about your wedding day for years to come. Windy Knoll is our family ranch. When my husband and I got engaged, we wanted nothing more than to get married at Windy Knoll. Rather than rent a tent for the occasion, my mom decided to build a wedding venue! The wood beams that make up the bones of the Wedding Barn were originally erected in the 1840s in Maryland. The original barn was the site of several battles during the Civil War, partially burned down, and rebuilt in the 1860s. A company called Heritage Restorations disassembled the beams and transported them all the way to Round Top, where they were reassembled and turned into the Wedding Barn.

We believe each wedding deserves our full atteintion so we book only one wedding per weekend. whether the wedding is large (up to 250 guests) or small (as few as 24), we promise to give you and your guests the five-star hospitality and service we are known for. Because of this undivided attention, all our packages include guaranteed rehearsal time the day before, all day set up the day of, clean up the day after and on-site management for the duration of your event. We are located on 265 acres on Oyster Creek, in the heart of Sugar Land Texas. We have recently remodeled and have become the best kept secret in the Houston area. I have attached our banquet packages, but we also do custom packaging. Being a private club, we do not have to work in the box. Our ballroom holds up to 200 seated with a dance floor. However, for smaller events, our space is still transformable into an intimate setting.
