The Venue at StoneWater ensures flawless execution of events of all sizes and types. The seasoned in-house professionals guarantee that no expectation goes unfulfilled and no detail is overlooked. Situated on the pristine grounds of StoneWater Golf Club in Highland Heights, Ohio, The Venue is an ideal backdrop for all special events and occasions. Natural light filters through floor-to-ceiling windows of the StoneWater Venue, while panoramic views from the spacious veranda reveal tree-lined fairways. Vaulted ceilings with wood beams and a 30-foot stone fireplace add elegance and charm to the setting.

La-Vera Party Center is a beautiful and versatile venue, ideal for a variety of events. Offering both a banquet and conference facility, it can accommodate from 100 to 720 guests, ensuring it suits gatherings of all sizes. Founded in 1952 by Larry and Vera Gaudio, the center began as a catering business, with a strong emphasis on homemade Italian cuisine. Their dedication to using the finest ingredients and traditional recipes has been passed down through three generations. Today, La-Vera Party Center continues to uphold those same time-honored cooking traditions, providing exceptional service and delicious meals for every event.

The Ballroom at Park Lane is a luxury banquet hall in the Cleveland, Ohio area. This upscale venue features iconic columns and a ornate crown molding for an elegant wedding celebration. Couples will find this ballroom eight minutes from the Agora Theater & Ballroom, near Case Western Reserve University. This structure was originally built in 1923. It opened as a luxury hotel and speakeasy for the elite. It changed with the times and, in the 1960s, served as a concert venue that hosted the likes of Bob Dylan and Arlo Guthrie. Today, it hosts weddings as timeless as the building itself.

Originally built in the early 1900s for luxury faucet manufacturing, the 22,000 square foot warehouse sat empty for decades. The creative potential of the location caught our eye, and in 2016, we went to work to renovate the building. As event vendors ourselves, we designed The Madison to be the best parts of every cool venue we’ve ever worked from Seattle to New York City and Chicago to the Caribbean. In 2018, we reopened the restored space The Madison. We quickly gained acclaim from the area’s top event planners, community collaborators, and even local professional athletes. Ariel International Center is a renovated 100-year old historic, rustic red brick building, with large windows, elegant chandeliers, high wood ceilings and earth tone wall colors. The Lantern Room is an event space born of a passion for creative collaboration. As the 6th floor rooftop jewel of Church + State, it has been carefully designed with a modern aesthetic and infused with vintage and industrial accents to highlight the heritage of this historic neighborhood. LaMalfa has been recognized as the premier event planner in Northeast Ohio for elegant events for over 58 years. We are a 75,000 square foot, full service facility, housing a 15,000 square foot grand lobby as well as a 1,000 square foot indoor chapel. We are also known for the diversity of our space as we are able to customize floor plans In addition we have been able to provide an 83 all suite, Mid- Level Hotel, The Wingate by Wyndham, including luxurious bridal suites. The onsite hotel accommodation allows for planning with ease for out of town guests. In follow up, LaMalfa’s is in fact the same event center and cater that continues to serve, and cook all our family recipes that you have grown to love for over the past 60 years.

Five fun facts about the Lake Erie Building: 1. We were originally built to be Templar Motors back in 1917. There were less than 3,000 of these cars ever manufactured and if you look carefully, you may even be able to spot one while in the event space! 2. Omni Lakewood purchased the building in 2005 and now manages the building, which has been divided into individual suites that are home to over 100 businesses. 3. The west parking lot where our dock is located used to be a test track for Templar Motors. 4. We host only one event per weekend and give our clients access beginning on Wednesday so they can bring in all their personal touches! We also only require cards and gifts go with them that night and everything else can stay giving you more time to spend with your new spouse! 5. We include a private parking lot and have a huge municipal lot across the street that's available to guests. We offer 3 wedding rental packages.

The Small Hall can accomodate up to 100 guests and is perfect for baby showers, wedding showers, small corporate meetings, anniversaries, and birthday parties.
