We have multiple locations and flexible options for any kind of weather. We cater to low-stress, common sense, and reasonably priced weddings by having everything pre-decorated for you, you just need to provide your colors and personal items. We take care of set up and take down, provide all tables, chairs, linens, and we even offer a variety of misc. wedding items that you may borrow. We do not have any food or drink restrictions, so you can bring your own drinks and choose the caterer of your choice. Call to discuss which location may be best suited to your needs

The farm features a treasure trove of amenities like a pond-side gazebo perfect for ceremonies, a silo bar for cocktail hour, a lighted bonus patio, and a reception barn for dancing the night away.

The OT Farms is available for rental on a year-round basis. Each rental and event is structured as a one of a kind experience. Offering a two day weekend package allows you sufficient time to build the event of your dreams. No event should be rushed and The OT Farms believes heavily in this concept. Through a combination of your vendors, coordinators and The OT Farms staff, we strive to make your event one for the ages.  With the typical weekend package you can begin decorating on Day 1 and hold your rehearsal with dinner that evening. On Day 2 bridal party guests may begin arriving at 9 a.m. to prepare for the big day. We believe your day should be as stress free as possible. We focus on the quality of your big day than ushering quantity in and out of our doors. We want you to take advantage of our three day rental to maximize your event potential. We are Carli & Hamilton Dixon, artists and business owners in downtown Dayton for nearly a decade, and residents of downtown for over two decades. The Brightside is located in the 905 E. Third Street building, which was 18,000 sq. ft. filled with abandoned clothes and trash when we purchased it. But over the last 10 years, we have worked to clean it out, restore all of its services, and renovate it to become Dayton's newest music & event venue. We are newly built venue that opened in July of 2021. If you are looking for a "chic & classy" venue with quiet, picturesque views and beautiful sunsets, Ivory Meadows is your place! With natural rolling meadows, you will be in awe from the moment you pull into the winding driveway viewing the white barn on top of the hill. The lush green grass surrounds the venue with also a 2 acre wild flower field. When couples walk inside, they love the almost 30 foot high ceiling and the 5 aged iron elegant chandeliers. Our couples love the " white distressed shiplap" on the 3 walls and the ceiling, creating a beautiful backdrop for pictures. This blank canvas allows couples to create the look that they desire! Do as little or as much as you'd like. It's flexible enough to make it formal or even rustic if you like! The photo opportunities are endless with the different views on the rolling meadows. Our heated and screened in patio allows us to use this space all year for cocktail hour!

Enjoy your wedding day on our five acre historic venue, located 3 miles west of Tipp City. Our historic barn is conveniently located off of I-75. For 30 years, The Willow Tree, Miami County's original rustic barn venue has hosted weddings and receptions. Set on the grounds of an 1830 style home, the century old barn is the perfect setting to celebrate your day with friends and family. We offer tables and seating for up to 200 guest, 14 hours of venue time, and a brides room in the home with a private restroom for the bridal party.

The Shepard Place is a rustic wedding venue located in Casstown, OH. This historic venue was built in 1920 and was run by the Shepard family for 90 years. The place acted as both the family’s trade and residence, and throughout the years, they created a wonderful site rich in memories and traditions.

We are the Boswell family. Wolf Run Acres is concept that came about after hosting our daughters weddings and struggling to find the country setting they wanted. After hosting one on this site under a tent we rented, we decided this is a beautiful setting for a wedding venue. We wanted to give our guests a beautiful dream country wedding, but design it to be more industrial and modern and less rustic than comparable venues. Our hope is to give each couple, a unique, beautiful setting while ensuring they have the wedding of their dreams. We work with each couple from the time we meet them through their day, making sure we meet all their needs and coordinating with their vendors to ensure they have as stress free and enjoyable day as possible.

Our barn is over 100 years old and we added on a new barn onto it. Together they can seat up to 200 people for a wedding reception. We have added beautiful bistro lighting so not a lot of additional decorating is needed. You have your choice of 4 different outdoor ceremony sites. A grain bin gazebo on a stamped cement pad with bistro lighting is available to be used as a ceremony site or the setting for cocktail hour / outdoor bar. The bridal party has the admissions barn to use for wedding prep and the room on the back of our new restroom building is where the groomsmen can get ready in.

Quiet and secluded on 152 acres, Pin High Farm is located just off of Ohio Route 33 between Bellefontaine and Zanesfield. We are perfectly situated on a wooded and hilly area overlooking the Mad River Valley. Come and experience nature's beauty from the panoramic views that surround you at Pin High Farm.

Our space has a lodge like feel with post and beam construction, 2 large fireplaces, a moose head and lots of dark handsome woodwork. 2 of our rooms have large windows overlooking our pond and fountain. We have 2 bars, and 38 outside tables. Our front patio has a large stone gas fireplace and our back patio overlooks the pond.

We have 4 beautiful banquet rooms that over look the golf course. With a covered patio called the terrace room. All the rooms open up to each other. We can hold up to 175 guests. We provide all catering through our in house chef. We provide all services, food, bar, set-up, tear down, linens, napkins and China, staffing and bartenders. All you have to bring is a DJ, dessert, photographer, minister, and florist. We also provide you with an event coordinator for the entire day. Along with rehearsal scheduled the day before your wedding.

Standing the test of time since the 1800’s, the Baum Opera House has played a significant role in the life and history of Miamisburg. Constructed by Charles Baum, a German immigrant and businessman, it began as the Star City Opera House, one of the finest in Ohio. For 135 years the Opera House has contributed to the culture and history of the city and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
