“I was introduced to The Red Stiletto this past year at a Bridal Expo. I had not originally chosen them for my Wedding as it ended up some distance away. I kept their information and followed up after COVID restrictions lessened and our Wedding was performed in our back yard. The owner is very responsive, polite, sincere, and accommodating. I went to the salon several times before my Wedding and felt comfortable with my decision to chose them for my Wedding hair and makeup. The artists showed up early to set up, were very professional, had positive and upbeat attitudes, and did an amazing job with everyone, and finished perfectly on time. Ended up paying about 6 services more than I used because of changes. I added a 4th artist and was totally fine with that fee her making a min of 5 services while keeping pay for all other artists as is, just bit the cost because that makes sense. However, my original contract with the owner had herself doing 5 people. When we added a second artist she was doing 4 but being paid for 5 to honor original contract. When going back to 5 she wanted me to pay again for that person, even though technically she was already being paid for 5 services and she was going to do 5 services…”
