Two of the three spaces are regularly used for wedding ceremonies and receptions. There is also a beautiful golf course that couples are encouraged to utilize for their wedding photos. Drumlins has a been a go-to venue for all types of events for over 30 years. It is a venue that all locals know well, and have attended past events. Laura Massa, the catering sales manager, has been planning events at Drumlins for over 5 years, and has a great deal of experience and knowledge of the spaces there and planning events. Any extra things we wanted for the wedding or reception just needed to be dropped off and the event coordinators took care of the rest. The coordinator we met with was great with communication through email. We really enjoyed our dinner tasting - the food was amazing! The coordinators made the day run so smoothly. The room for the cocktail hour was set up wonderfully. Table settings are included with the package and the candles looked perfect. We felt secure in knowing we could easily move the ceremony inside with any weather concerns. The landscaping/greenery is so well taken care of, it looked fantastic for our ceremony outside on the patio. The hotel staff set up, serve, and clean up - it made for a very relaxing weekend. Our hotel room was incredible also. The hotel was generous with leaving little surprises and gifts for us when we arrived to our room. Literally a beautiful classic venue with such potential to make any brides dream come true. We rented the entire hotel for our reception all 19 rooms and it was perfect for our guests. The bridal suite room is beautiful with a whirlpool tub and was perfect for my wedding party to get ready for the ceremony in. Our ceremony was elsewhere but I could see someone have everything right at the Sherwood and it being completely beautiful. Greg was absolutely wonderful to work with. There are 2 venues to choose from a formal venue room on the 1st floor and a basement bar venue which we rocked and danced our reception into the early morning hours. The photos are to die for trust me!! She is extremely creative and helped us to bring all of our ideas to life! Allie also has many relationships and experience with local vendors, and was able to make recommendations and introductions to folks. Allie also helpfully reminded us about key tasks over time to keep us on track, which we greatly appreciated!\nThe venue itself is incredibly beautiful – there are walking paths through wildflowers, an impressive garden that supplied our floral arrangements and a lovely breakfast on our wedding day (both of which Allie and Kurt made for us), a beautiful farmhouse where we stayed the nights before and after and got ready in (which made logistics much easier), and scenic views. We couldn’t have asked for more. We’re even grateful to have been rained out of the outdoor ceremony that we planned – the hayloft is gorgeous and made for a dramatic backdrop.\nWe would get married at Osmica and hire Allie again in a heartbeat.
