“I was sold on this venue during my initial search. After hours of research on wedding venues in the Orlando area, I kept coming back to this venue since it offers everything a couple could possibly need for their best day ever! Not only is the venue is unique and stunning with such rich history, but from a business perspective, the venue and their staff are really spectacular when it comes to event management. Highly recommend choosing vendor from their vendor list as well since these vendors work together constantly and truly know how to make wedding run smoothly. It was such a peace of mind working with this venue and their extended team for that reason! For example, we ended up selecting their option for all-inclusive catering (rentals) which was specific to the venue, and it was such a relief that the venue and catering company just took care of everything! I couldn't tell you how reassuring it was to speak with each of my vendors that already knew the lay of the land when it came to working with this venue so I didn't personally have to worry too much about logistics. The venue staff is also so kind and amazing to work with. You won't be disappointed booking your wedding there!”

From our first conversation, she demonstrated excellent communication - she was responsive, kind, and thorough in understanding my vision. We had a Disney fairytale wedding, haunted mansion themed, and she delivered in a perfect way. On the day of, she was a true professional, arriving prepared and ready to bring my look to life. Lorena, was not only incredibly skilled and meticulous in her work, but also had a wonderful, funny personality that put me at ease. She even waited an extra 45 minutes before our scheduled start time on the big just to make sure I didn't feel rushed or stressed. And since it was a Disney wedding, we started all of this at roughly 1:30am. Throughout the trial process, Lorena listened closely to my feedback and made thoughtful adjustments until we landed on the perfect hair and makeup look. “We had a non-traditional wedding and were on a tight budget, but Bouquet was able to accommodate us and provide us with a wonderful experience. We were only doing church photos, a few couples' shots, and minimal coverage of our reception. Bouquet sent a thorough questionnaire beforehand to inform her of the run of show for the day and our expectations. She arrived on time, introduced herself and got to work! Bouquet was a joy to work with. She was game for all of our ideas and made sure we got all the requested shots and then some. We wanted to do some more candid photos with grittier NYC shots as the background. Bouquet was totally game and really followed our lead while giving some helpful suggestions for specific poses. She had the best attitude, wasn't pushy at all, and treated everyone so kindly. We loved working with her and highly recommend her for your wedding.”

There was an issue where I decided that I wanted a content creator this also saves some money, The content creator that I had chose was not able to fulfill Our arrangement so I panicked Michelle calmed me down and found me another one I made a lot of changes and she was very supportive. She was there on every zoom call that I had to do with the disney to help ease my nerves and to also take notes. After the zoom calls we would review it. She was there any time I needed her. On our wedding day, She kept me and my husband Hydrate it as well as anything that we provided that disney did not provide she set it up. As well, she put our favors together.And she also made sure that me and my husband had Sometime alone before the reception started. She also brought a young lady by the name of Jenny that helped as well. Michelle was a gem and also a Fairy godmother.
