Entertainment for our wedding, even before we chose to use this company Chris scheduled a lengthy and detailed consultation with us. Chris was there for us for so much more than just DJing our wedding. Chris gave us guidance on timelines and recommendations on how to do things. Obviously, this was our first time getting married so we were like a deer in headlights and he was such a huge help even recommending other vendors. Chris in my opinion went above and beyond the scope of just a DJ! His portal and face sheet are so in depth and detailed it does not leave anything to chance. Suggestions as well where to save money. I wanted a certain bouquet that I had seen on pinterest And I didn't think that disney could recreate it. She asked me why wouldn't they? Needless to say, they did and it was perfect. There was an issue where I decided that I wanted a content creator this also saves some money, The content creator that I had chose was not able to fulfill Our arrangement so I panicked Michelle calmed me down and found me another one I made a lot of changes and she was very supportive. She was there on every zoom call that I had to do with the disney to help ease my nerves and to also take notes. After the zoom calls we would review it. She was there any time I needed her. On our wedding day, She kept me and my husband Hydrate it as well as anything that we provided that disney did not provide she set it up. As well, she put our favors together.And she also made sure that me and my husband had Sometime alone before the reception started. She also brought a young lady by the name of Jenny that helped as well. Michelle was a gem and also a Fairy godmother. “Paradise Cove offered a breathtaking backdrop for our wedding day, with panoramic views that were truly unforgettable. The food and drinks were exceptional, and their inclusive package made the planning process much easier. They were able to find top-notch vendors that perfectly complemented our vision. However, there were a few areas where we felt the experience could have been improved. We encountered some pushback on certain elements of our wedding, which was unexpected. Additionally, we wish we had been advised to limit our personal decorations in the beginning of the planning process as we had to then adjust our vision at the last second. While we appreciated the efficiency of having multiple weddings per day, it did feel like our wedding was just one of many. We longed for a more personalized experience that would have allowed us to truly make the day our own. Overall, Paradise Cove provided a beautiful setting for our wedding, but there were some aspects of the experience that left us wanting more. If you're considering this venue, be prepared to be flexible and communicate your vision clearly from the beginning.”
