Swan Lake Overlook is a luxurious wedding and event venue. Our venue sits on 225 acres of land that has been in our family for over 100 years. Our scenic views overlook the North Georgia Mountains and come with all of the well loved mountain elements. Our guests can enjoy several ceremony spots around our property and a large indoor venue space with seating for up to 300 guests. You might not know this about us, but we are actually an exotic deer farm. There are over 80 Sika and Fallow Deer that roam freely on our property.
