We did a tasting about a 1.5 years out from our wedding (we plan ahead...) and were sold on the food - we cannot recommend the Al Pastor sliders enough...we still dream about these. Leading up to the wedding day they were always very responsive to all of our questions (and I had a million of those...). For the wedding itself, they were extremely efficient and fed our 80 person wedding in roughly an hour (or less - we didn't exactly time it - but they were quick to get everyone food). The food itself was spectacular. We went with the taco cart with al pastor and carne asada tacos (with rice, beans, etc). Everyone loved it (especially us). They also did churros for our dessert - which were a big hit. Finally, they were the nicest people to work with - on the wedding day they were setting aside food for us while we were signing the marriage license and were giving us extra tacos - even though we only paid for 2-3 a person. We are honestly sad we don't have another big event to book them for and are hoping they open a restaurant we can visit frequently. Fat Zach's was easy to communicate with and set up quotes/contracts. They are very experienced so the set-up was easy and required very little attention from us, allowing us to focus on enjoying the celebration. Their delicious pizza was the talk of the event, with guests raving about how good it was. To top it off, they packed up extra pizzas for us at the end of the night so we could continue the party at home.
