We own and operate a mobile bar business and have multiple boutique bar options to choose from if you book your wedding with us! We offer site only pricing for your ceremony or more inclusive pricing for ceremony, reception, catering, bar services and even our adorable mini donkeys as beverage burros for your wedding! We have the perfect hillside for your vows and a beautiful reception site that can accommodate up to a 40'x60' tent. Illuminations at Arrow Vista Ranch is a rustic outdoor wedding venue located in Hartsel, Colorado. Nestled in the Rocky Mountains, this property promises stunning 360-degree views of the surrounding countryside. Illuminations is surrounded by Ponderosa Pines and wildflowers. The venue runs off solar and wind power, making it the perfect venue for environmentally conscious couples. A dedicated cocktail area is available, complete with bistro lighting. Couples have use of Illuminations at Arrow Vista Ranch for 14 hours on the day of their wedding. This plan also offers benches for up to 120 guests during the ceremony, as well as a quaint log arch. Various round tables are supplied for receptions and cocktail hours. Couples and their loved ones will stay comfortable whatever the weather with the ranch's tube heaters. A dance floor and log bar are provided for memorable celebrations. In addition, a TIPS-certified bartender can attend to you and your guests and facilitate any toasts.

Our five on-site cottages can accommodate up to 18 guests, perfect for the wedding party and or family, additional lodging is close by. We host one wedding per weekend allowing you to access the property the day prior so you can unload, set-up, relax, enjoy and celebrate. Use our outdoor patio for a casual BBQ rehearsal dinner or bring a wood fired pizza truck or caterer, the options are endless. Step into your special day under the largest willow grove in Colorado. Let the party begin with dancing on the 100-year-old fun dance floor. We pride ourselves on exceptional service.

The ProRodeo Hall of Fame and Museum is a venue with a Western twist. It offers four options for your wedding day. The Pavilion seats 150 people. The floor-to-ceiling sliding windows open to the gorgeous garden, waterfall, and bronze statues. The garden features two built-in stages for your ceremony, one with a view of Pikes Peak. For a larger wedding, the event tent is available from June to early fall. The tent seats up to 250 guests, and you will have access to the garden. For receptions of up to 350 people, the Museum Hall is a spacious room surrounded by rodeo history. You and your guests will have full access to the museum and garden; a perfect way for guests to pass time while you prepare for your reception. Our rodeo arena is also available for your wedding. Our staff will assist you in adding it to your day. The venue is not all-inclusive, and our rental prices allow you to focus on details that will make your day unique. It all started when a Groom called his Best Man in need of ideas for a back up plan when a rainy September day was threatening to ruin his bride’s backyard wedding…for 100 people. A former machine shop just became vacant, so the best man thought maybe it could work. It became clear the weather was not going to cooperate, so the plan went into effect. Within 48 hours, a makeshift wedding utilizing the brides, decor and tables, scrubbing up oil from the recent removal of machining equipment, and sister-in laws that stepped up to the plate to help a bride, and love parties and a good challenge, helped make the day a success. It was a lot of work, but a lot of fun bringing a warehouse to life! After a couple weeks of deliberation, we decided to jump in and make this place special. Here we are, seeing our vision come true, and providing Colorado Springs with a unique event hall to share and make memories.
