Some of the team up on the mountain even helped me try to blow dry and pat dry my dress during the cocktail hour! The venue is stunning, the food was delicious, and the Omni team helped us personalize our wedding down to the tiniest details: including fun signature cocktails, little gold animals for the kids, and they even set aside apps for bride/groom during the cocktail hour- otherwise we wouldn’t have gotten to try them! They also greeted each guest off the gondola with an umbrella. Our guests said they have never felt so welcome and everyone had a blast! We held our reception at the Tavern and the team worked with us to create the perfect winter wedding theme. The guests had a great time and really enjoyed the venue. One of my favorite things the team worked with me on was to create a late night s’mores bar out by the fire pits. Besides just holding the reception we also had our rehearsal dinner with them where they were able to work easily with all of our dietary restrictions. The majority of the wedding guests stayed at the inn and the team was super supportive of making sure the guests were able to make the most of their time area. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with open arms—truly treated like family by the incredible owners and staff. Their warmth, kindness, and attention to detail made our wedding weekend nothing short of magical.\n\nOne of the things we loved most was being able to turn our wedding into a full weekend experience, allowing us to relax, soak in every moment, and celebrate with our closest family and friends. The inn itself is breathtaking—set against the stunning backdrop of nature, providing the perfect setting for both our ceremony and reception.\n\nThe staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, catering to our every need with genuine care and professionalism. And the best part? We got to include our dogs in the festivities! We were fortunate to have perfect weather the entire weekend. But the hospitality, service, food, location & splendor of a well kept historic grand dame hotel made our entire experience a spectacular, elegant and enjoyable weekend for everyone! Guests enjoyed golfing, hiking, relaxing by the pool or the veranda surrounded by gorgeous views all weekend. Friday evening we entertained our guest with a private welcome party on the South Veranda. We were able to customize a menu with the chef- treating everyone with a taste of South Indian dishes honoring the region of India our son-in-law & family are from. The ceremony & reception were held at the Rosewood Lodge at the top of Brettonwoods Ski Area. A gondola ride to the top provided a fun experience, helping to build the excitement for the main event. Having the entire lodge, patio top of mountain to ourselves made it feel exclusive and very special. Accommodations- the MW is a magnificent grand historic hotel beautifully decorated with beautiful grounds. It is clean & well maintained for being 125 year old large busy hotel. The bride & groom had their 1st look at the main hotel- providing a beautiful setting & capturing the grandeur of the hotel. Service & Hospitality- in a word it was-Outstanding! The wedding consultant(Katarina Doucette- Senior Catering Sales Manager) was so helpful, accommodating & responsive throughout the entire process. Every staff member from the banquet coordinators, chef, servers, hotel cleaning staff & front desk took such special care of us - despite being a busy summer weekend we felt we were exclusive guests of the hotel. A special shout out to the gondola operators- they were so helpful getting our wedding decorations loaded & up/down the mountain. They even enthusiastically decorated the bride & grooms gondola with lighting for a crazy/fun send off at the end of the night! To end the weekend - we had a delicious Sunday brunch buffet for our guests in the beautiful main dining room. \nWe utilized nearly every area & aspect of the Mount Washington Resort and had great experiences the entire weekend! Weddings are expensive but we felt every penny we spent was well worth it and appreciated at The Omni Mount Washington Resort. The entire staff is professional and will accommodate anyone’s needs. The facility itself is first class. Golf, tennis, pickleball, brand new onsite housing with more amenities to come. With weather on our side we were able to have the perfect ceremony overlooking the mountains behind us and the sunsetting in the background.
