The Rose House is in a unique and historic building that was built in 1925. It is most widely known for being the elegant and delightful “Hot Fish Shop” for many years. The upper level which is currently inoperable was once known as the Belmont Hotel. We spent the first half of 2019 working hard to expose the beauty in these walls and give it a flare of our own. Our goal is to provide you with a classy, historic, and artsy “blank canvas” allowing for your events to be just that, yours. We offer a historic downtown vibe for your wedding day and are always honored to celebrate with you. We are prepared to offer both ceremony and reception space. Bean City has been around for around for over 75 years! We have a beautiful 4 acre property with plenty of outdoor space to set up for events and parking. Inside we also have a Hall that seats around 175, two bars and a game room. We can do as little or as much as you would like. The rural country feel is the only way to go for your wedding!

Chairs and tables are included and we have many optional add-ons to help take the stress out of some of the planning details! Paine Art Center and Gardens is a European-style mansion and botanical garden in Oshkosh, WI. With ornate architecture and over three-and-a-half acres of beautiful gardens, it makes a stunning wedding venue. Couples can choose the historic mansion for indoor ceremonies, where sumptuous period furnishings and art surround them. The mansion holds up to 80 guests, the conservatory holds 180, and the garden can hold up to 200. Dinner can also be held in the conservatory, followed by an extended reception in the charming Tudor-style Carriage House. Tables and chairs are available for ceremonies and receptions, and the venue’s catering partners provide all catering. Couples can host a complimentary 30-minute rehearsal the day before the wedding.
