We cannot begin to express how incredible our wedding day was at The Grove at Centerton. From the very beginning of the planning process to the final dance, everything was flawless. The venue itself is absolutely stunning – it provided the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and reception. The team went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly how we imagined it. They were incredibly organized, responsive, and so easy to work with. Our wedding coordinator, Jess, was amazing. She guided us every step of the way, ensuring everything went smoothly, and even took care of details we hadn’t thought of! On our big day, the staff was professional, friendly, and attentive, making sure our guests were well taken care of, and the entire event ran seamlessly. The food was another highlight – our guests are still talking about how amazing both the cocktail food and entrees were! And the cake and late-night pretzel station...WOW. The whole dining experience was impeccable. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. Everything was beyond our expectations, and we are so grateful to The Grove at Centerton for making our dream wedding come to life. We just had our wedding here and it was absolutely phenomenal from beginning to end. The owner was accommodating of all my needs and responded quickly throughout our process leading up to the wedding. The ceremony and reception was decorated beautifully and exceptionally clean. I felt like a princess on my day, as the entire staff was eager to make sure my day was perfect, AND IT WAS! The DJ was booked through the venue as well and absolutely killed it. If you are looking for a wedding for your family and friends and you don’t want to break the bank doing so, this is your spot. We had the best day of our lives and wouldn’t have had it any other way. It’s a beautiful place to have a wedding. Our 100 guests fit perfectly in this space and had plenty of room to move around. The staff was beyond helpful and everything went smoothly. The bridal party really enjoyed ordering lunch from the restaurant downstairs while we all got ready. It’s a bonus that you don’t have to be a member of the golf club to host an event here.

The communication with Springfield Country Club was prompt and clear throughout the entire wedding planning process! The space was timeless and classy, providing the perfect backdrop for our special day. Milton was ready with blankets for the golf cart and always checking in with us in case we needed anything, and Nancy was always delightful and on top of everything that needed to be done. Our best man wasn’t able to attend due to deployment and the co-best man coordinated a video to play during the speech, the process day of was seamless and we are thankful he was able to say some words on our wedding day! We had such a great time working with Nancy and the entire Springfield Country Club team - the entire wedding was perfect!

Their buffet and dessert bar options were delicious and plentiful.They took good care of our guests who needed vegan, gluten-free options or a kid's meal.One of the highlights of our celebration was a "make your own bouquet" bar for guests. It was an option that Drexelbrook suggested, based on our shower theme. They worked with us to ensure that we could decorate and arrange the space to meet the needs of our event. There is plenty of free parking on site.

My husband and I were so pleased with our reception at CCHC. Working with Cyndi Meadows, we were able to put on a fun, personalized reception for which we received rave reviews from family and friends. Cyndi answered our many questions and was responsive to our needs. Our guests loved the venue, with cocktails outside on the terrace along with the option to browse the museum collections. The auditorium space accommodated about 100 guests for a buffet dinner and dancing very well. With our DJ's lights, floral arrangements, and some additional decor, we turned the basic, blank slate of the auditorium into a vibrant, colorful space. Proximity to the Chestnut Street parking garage and the Hotel Warner are huge bonuses for this a unique venue in the borough of West Chester. The venue costs are very reasonable when looking at other local venues, plus you provide your own alcohol here which provides further savings. We happily partnered with one of their preferred caterers, Limoncello, who provided abundant, delicious food and excellent service. If you want a unique, convenient, and affordable venue for your wedding reception, do not hesitate to check out CCHC!!

The bridal suite is also incredible and the natural light that gets in is stunning -- it really made for the excellent photos. In addition to the pure elegance of the Collingswood Grand Ballroom, the customer service was top-notch. Beth and Paula were very responsive, attentive, and were really helpful through the whole process. They made everything so easy for my husband and I the day of the wedding.
