WE OFFER A CLASSIC, VERSATILE, INCLUSIVE, AFFORDABLE, and LOW STRESS VENUE. My husband David and I have taken into account every detail you would need on your wedding weekend, from the Friday set up and rehearsal, to the Saturday preparations and photos, to the ceremony, reception, and after party! Our overnight accommodations of two suites inside the venue along with stand alone separate groom's and bride's houses, make the weekend even easier! We even include a relaxed Sunday morning check out if needed. All is set up by us and ready for you on Friday when you check in so that you may remain on-site, stress free, focusing solely on loved ones and the special commitment you are about to make to one another, and not on running back and forth from place to place. Here on this 78-acre historical farm surrounded by gardens full of hydrangeas, mature oak trees, wide-open rolling pastures that are filled with striking steeds, make the beautiful declaration of "I do"! Our venue is a charming and elegant space located in Wooburry, Tennessee, perfect for intimate weddings and celebrations. With its classic style and warm atmosphere, it can accommodate up to 175 guests and offers a unique blend of sophistication and rustic charm.

This historic venue was built in 1885. Features include original hard wood floors, several exposed brick walls, chandelier lit ballroom, and magnolia shaded garden. Couples can choose from an indoor or outdoor ceremony. Couples can plan it all themselves or choose our inclusive wedding packages.

The original warehouse space with unique lighting and large glass, roll-up doors is a unique venue for a unique couple looking for a personalized wedding.

“We have curated a garden oasis so you can get lost in your moment.” Moser Manor Farms is nestled on six acres in the heart of Hixson Tennessee, although we are just a short 15 minute drive from downtown Chattanooga. Our microvenue includes the coveted Greenhouse for intimate ceremonies. We also have the outdoor Rose arch blanketed by a luscious landscape and beautiful trees. Our 62x60 signature black and white barn has concrete floors and chandelier lighting with a caterers kitchen and bathrooms. We have a bridal suite and grooms suite. A pavilion is also attached for outdoor entertaining. We have two ceremony sites on the farm. Our sought after greenhouse can accommodate 35 people. Our garden arbor can accommodate our maximum capacity of 50 people. With your rental, you have access to our decor closet. Magnolia Farm offers you the chance to create your dream wedding throughout our 40 acres of rolling hill farmland! We also have the oldest house in the valley right on our property, which is a pre civil-war home! Magnolia Farm offers three event spaces and 2 outdoor ceremony options for you to choose from, giving your guests' room to roam and enjoy both indoor and outdoor views, as well as an option for you and up to 22 guests to stay onsite for your wedding weekend. While we are not all inclusive at the moment, we do have an open vendor policy so you can choose what other vendors you would like to use to help make your day special!
