Hi! I’m Molly, the baker behind Simply Sweet Desserts, a cozy cottage bakery serving up sweet treats made from scratch. I earned my degree in Baking & Pastry from The Art Institute and went on to work at one of Nashville’s top wedding bakeries. After gaining experience (and lots of buttercream knowledge), I started Simply Sweet Desserts and later brought it with me to Georgia. Now I bake from home, sharing my love for all things sweet with my amazing customers!

As fate would have it, that business lead me to grow my baking skills and I later combined that with my desire to create fine art and started Gingerspice Bakery. I have been baking and decorating cakes 10 years. I took one class for the basics and the rest is self taught.
