The girls we ended up working with were great; super friendly and everyone was happy with their hair and makeup the day of. They worked with me to figure out my makeup look as I was struggling to figure out what I wanted. I had 2 trials where they walked me through different ideas and modified the day of as well. The airbrush makeup was also great on the hot August day and held up the whole day!\n\nThe reason I didn't give 5 stars was when figuring out the details of the day, I was told we would receive 2 hair stylists and 2 makeup artists to be able to get through the amount of services we needed in the timeframe we outlined with our DOC. I even booked them 11 months in advance. Unfortunately when we showed up to the venue that morning, there was only 1 hair stylist and 2 makeup artists. While the hair stylist worked as fast as she could, it still put us 20-30 minutes behind schedule and didn't allow time for her to show me how to put my veil underneath my updo. Because of this, we were behind schedule for pictures and I wasn't able to wear my veil the way we had discussed.\n\nI wish they had been up front on capacity or communicated the change in number of hair stylists assigned to our wedding.
