Maddy was the day of coordinator for our wedding in July at Windy Point Campground. It is a super DIY venue and Maddy was on point for setup and helped with tear down, as well as help with timeline and prep calls leading up to the wedding. She was great at figuring things out in the fly, and even ran out to grab things for us as needed throughout the night! We thought to ourselves that they could help us with the wedding of our dreams and that they would understand everything we wanted to do. My husband wanted things more elegant and I was ok with that! They helped us from the beginning – find the right vendors, communicating all the details and making us feel well taken care of, they knew it all, so they made our timeline super smooth and easy contributing all our musts. They were always there answering my silly questions through text and even on the phone. On our wedding day my husbands button fell off and they brought a sewing kit and sewed it back on his tuxedo. SO HELPFUL ! We are so blessed to have found such an amazing wedding planner, it didn't even seem like we were working together we were more like friends meeting up and laughing and having a great time planning this wedding. I also appreciate their attention to detail. We are so sad to no longer be working with them

We hired Kristin as our month-of coordinator for our 85 person wedding at the Grand Hyatt Vail in July 2025. From the very first phone call, Kristin was incredibly responsive, professional, and accommodating in our interactions with her. She developed an incredibly detailed timeline for our wedding party and vendors, handled a multitude of last minute additions flawlessly, and helped us think of so many little things that improved both ours and our guests' experiences. As a super organized & extremely type A bride, I was initially on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator because I thought I had planned thoroughly enough that I wouldn't need one and our venue provided a coordinator who handled logistics on their end. However, I am so glad that we made room in our budget to bring Kristin on board as she was worth every penny we paid her and more. I interviewed 6-8 different day-of coordinators, and what you get in terms of value with Kristin's packages were top notch - many other coordinators wanted to charge us similar prices for meaningfully less support leading up and/or limited hours of coverage day-of or hours that didn't make sense. At the end of the day, someone has to be the person answering the phones from your vendors day of and making sure your catering is on track, and we are so happy we spent the money to take that burden off ourselves or our family. Kristin took care of so many things that none of us would have had time for on the day of that our venue would not do, helped us get back on track timeline wise when we were running late (through no fault of her own), and always seemed like she had the magic ability to be in multiple places at once. Plus, having her handle vendor communication in the last month when we were scrambling to finish everything on our end was invaluable. Kristin also took so many candid videos and photos for us throughout the day which we are so grateful for! We did not have a videographer as it was not a priority, but love having just simple iPhone recordings of our vows, speeches, first dance, and more. She also got some amazing moments from later in the night on the dancefloor after our photographer had left for the evening. Hire Kristin if you are even thinking about it! She was some of the best money we spent the entire weekend, and some of our out of state family even asked for her business card because she was so great.

She kept us on track of the endless wedding "to-dos" and was always a text or e-mail away. The day of was a breeze. As the Bride, I didn't feel even the slightest worry or stress. I knew we were in good hands with Kaitlynn and Jon. We dropped of all of our decor the night before and created an inventory list leading up to the wedding that had all the details needed. Everything was executed PERFECTLY, all the details were exactly as we had dreamed up. They didn't miss a beat, even between shuffling from the mountain top ceremony to the in-town reception.
