My dream began watching food network instead of cartoons as a small child and finding myself inspired to pursue a career in culinary arts. Chef Tara is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park NY. She has lifelong experience & was raised in the food industry. Growing up in the family's restaurants and summer resort businesses gives her well rounded expertise in both front & back of the house. Chef is well versed in many international cuisine styles and personally speaks to each client to create a custom menu for your wedding/event. Chef does not offer a limited list of items to chose from or a limited option of packages for catering. Each event and menu is unique. We have commercial cookers that allow us to cook 20 pork butts, 40 whole chickens, 25 beef butts, 30 racks of ribs, 200 chicken wings All At Once!!!!!!!! We know how to Cook For An Army!!!
