PHOENIX is a 6000 sq ft multi use art space, housing our main event space, lots of bonus spaces (gorgeous bridal room, catering space, lounge, art gallery art studios etc.) and our cozy and green outdoor patio area. Our space includes all furniture and is well styled in neutral tones, allowing you to add your own decor and style , but not requiring too much work at the same time! It is easily transformed to match your vision and we have a wide selection of in house decor rentals as well. PHOENIX is edgy, hip, artsy and modern. No dusty country club vibes, but a lively and vibrant space to dance the night away. Formal sit down weddings have ideally 50 guests or less, but we can host up to 125 guests if you are ok with a more casual 'sit where ever you'd like vibe' Our indoor / outdoor lounge and patio area allows for onsite cooking like a taco vendor, paella, BBQ or food truck. TWO VENUES ONE TEAM: THE CENTURY + NINE3ONE We offer two full service wedding venues located in Modesto, Ca. With decades of experience in venue, food, and beverage services combined, we are ready to guide you down your planning journey from day one all the way to “I DO!”. The Century is a chic, urban venue built in the early 1900s with exposed brick walls, beautiful crystal chandeliers and gorgeous acacia wood floors. The Century has room for up to 250 guests for reception only, and up to 175 for a ceremony and a reception. Nine3One is a coworking facility located next door to The Century that opened 2019. Nine3One features 3 unique event spaces. The Alcove is the main event space that leads out into The Botanical Breezeway, a completely covered outdoor space that runs the length of the entire building. The Bouquet Bar is a small event space perfect for smaller parties and also makes a great space for cocktail hour. Nine3One has room for up to 70 guests when using all three spaces.

Plant Connection SF’s event venue is a lush and spacious indoor-outdoor urban oasis. Venue rental including private access to a large plant-filled room with a variety of seating options that opens to a verdant rooftop patio complete with panoramic skyline views of downtown San Francisco and Salesforce Tower, a portable bar, portable heaters, an olive and citrus grove and the frequent presence of hummingbirds. A unique feature of our venue is that it is attached to a plant nursery housed in a gorgeous red solarium where guests may shop for plants and gifts during your event, if desired. The Library Galleria is a 5400 square foot five story atrium that is part of the Sacramento Public Library in the heart of the downtown area. Gorgeous and elegant, room rentals help to support the library system. An outstanding wedding venue, the full nine-hour rental period allows for decorating, photography, the ceremony and reception. Rentals include a changing room for the bride and bridesmaids, numerous photographic sites, an event staff person, and free WiFi. The event space consists of both indoor and an outdoor areas. The Toll Room is a large open space preserved in its original mid century modern aesthetic with a full wall of sliding glass doors. It opens on to the patio surrounded by mature trees that create a charming canopy decorated with string lights. Surrounded by towering red woods, and a trickling creek, you can have the best of both worlds: an outdoor space with the convenience of being close to the city. Our wedding package includes access to entire event space including an indoor event space, patio, and kitchen.

COMAL is a gathering place located in Berkeley’s bustling Arts District, just north of the Downtown Berkeley BART Station.
