“Sarah was absolutely amazing to work with. She was friendly, professional and it instantly felt like she was part of our "inner circle" of friends for the wedding. She went above and beyond to get the best shots for portraits, decor and all the little "must have" shots we asked for. She also kept track of time to remind us when we were closely approaching the start of the ceremony and we hadn't done a first look yet! The wedding day goes by so quickly, it was reassuring to know she was willing to give us a gentle reminder to get all the shots we wanted. My favorite experience was her remembering a note I had put into the questionnaire about an inside joke/phrase my friends and I have that she was likely to hear all night. Early in the day, the phrase was said and while I didn't even notice it, she excitedly shouted "I heard it!!" which we both got a good laugh out of. It showed me that Sarah really reviewed the questionnaire prior to the day and made an effort to pay attention to and take note of the intricate details that were entered into it. Despite my note being small, I know that if any important details of family dynamics were added, she would have noticed and adjusted to those things as well. After the wedding, we also had multiple friends and family comment on how great she was! The cherry on top of our experience was the photos being returned to us quickly and they were AMAZING! Every requested shot was included but there was also so many photos that we didn't even realize were taken that truly captures how special the day was. I couldn't recommend Sarah enough and if we ever need special moments captured again, she will be the first person we contact!”

“Heather was wonderful to work with! We are the awkward type in front of a camera, but working with Heather made everything seem so stress-free during our wedding planning and photo sessions. Our engagement photo session was fun and care-free and we unbeknownst to all of us, she actually ended up taking beautiful photos of our beautiful rabbit, Trixie before she passed on the following month. Something that we truly appreciated and will never forget. For our wedding, Heather was very detailed and gave us a run down of what to expect for the photos. Nothing was hidden and she was up front about it all and asked if we wanted to add anything as well. Although Mother Nature had other plans for the day, we were still able to get the majority of our photos done. She even snuck in polaroid photos that were just too adorable - And I have no idea when she even took them! We received our wedding photos back and everyone absolutely loves them. I just love her style. While there are some photographers who do a large amount of filter/presets (no shade to those who do), there's just something about Heather's style of being able to keep it clean and natural that I just love! With Mother Nature having other plans with making it a misty ceremony and a downpour reception, we did miss out on doing a handful of photos of cocktail hour. Because of that, Heather was quick to offer us a bridal session to take some additional photos to complete our wedding. Instead of returning to the venue, we actually decided to relocate to Fort Bragg and take photos at the Mendocino Garden. The photos turned out absolutely gorgeous with the oceanic background and the dahlias that she chose to work with. She made everything seem so light-hearted and there was so much laughter with each session. Thank you Heather for everything you did throughout our wedding planning and so much more. “Jade is a wonderful photographer. She is on-top of everything. So glad to have her as our engagement photographer in San Francisco. Since me and my partner don't know how to pose, she guided both of us on how to pose from start to finish. She is incredible. She works well with the videographer Ed. They are like perfect combo to capture special moments. She also asked for my Pinterest inspiration before we started and video call'ed each other to talk about where I want my shoots to be done and gave some recommendations. “Hire Lo. You won't regret it. Not only does she know what she is doing in terms of getting all the planned shots, she got incredible candid shots and live shots of my groom and I, our families, and our guests. As we've been looking back so far at our pictures, we get to relive the emotion of the day. It's the intangible thing that an incredible photographer can do--capture the emotion. I can feel our joy radiating out of our photos and I am so grateful I hired Lo. Years from now we are going to get to experience this day over-and-over because the quality of her photos is incredible. The variety of shots she was able to get makes it seem like she had second shooter (but she's just that good). Our first look was perfect. She made sure we got some golden hour shots and then got us right back to dinner so we could eat. She also is incredible at giving minor adjustment tips to make sure we weren't doing anything weird with our hands lol. Additionally, and this was big for me, working with her ahead of the wedding she reminded me how to be excited for this day. Wedding planning was stressful, but every time I got to talk to Lo she got me back to a place of being excited and joyful. The day-of when she showed up, she helped make sure we had everything covered, and kept me calm even when some things went wrong. I felt like I not only had a great photographer, but a friend who had my back and wanted to make sure my day went perfect. I am so glad we hired Lo. She recruited her husband David to stand in as our "officiant" (even though we're already married), and the care and attention to detail he took made the ceremony so much more sacred.
