They greeted our guests with flavored waters when they arrived (hugely helpful for a mid-summer wedding), had servers ready with drinks and food as soon as cocktail hour started, prepared an appetizer platter for a quick private moment as newlyweds, and much much more. A few things stick out over all though: first, the servers were so attentive that they realized a friend of mine was absolutely smashing one of the appetizers and kept bringing those to her (even learning to take the mint leaf off as she did). Second, they rolled with the punches as we realized we may have screwed up some food placards, accommodating our request to check with each guest to make sure we had it right. Third, they had servers march out all at the same time to bring courses during dinner services, a super-professional touch which gave the service a white-glove-service feel. The food was delicious, and everyone kept commenting on it (even on the dance floor where they brought desserts!!).
