Eventful At Locust Grove is on a farm that was established in 1847 and was named Locust Grove. The home on the property is a beautiful backdrop for your photos. The garden space is where we do our ceremonies, the ceremony area sits next to a field that is either planted in corn or soybeans and is a gorgeous view for your guests. Next door sits our reception venue that is covered with Kansas limestone to give it an old barn feel. There are some cool architectural details inside including white columns and vintage chandeliers. We have a leather Chesterfield sofa in the front room with some leather club chairs and other seating for your guests. It's a great first layer of decor for you to come in and put your spin on for your big day. We offer lots of decor for you to use for the tables and we will set it all up for you once you have made your selections. That leaves you with less to do but the final layer of "fairy dust" to add to your vision.

Located in the heart of the Kansas City Power & Light District, The Gallery Event Space is the perfect venue for your wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, welcome party, rehearsal dinner, & send off brunch. Our event space accommodates up to 400 guests and features floor-to-ceiling windows that slide open and overlook downtown Kansas City. Our elegant, modern decor includes a 12-foot chandelier, LED ceiling lighting with customizable color options, wedding party suite with a dedicated lounge area including floor-to-ceiling mirrors & makeup counter.

Our event space is classically decorated with a timeless, European folk-tale inspired motif that reaches from floor to our beautiful 16 foot ceilings. The Pearl, a mid-1800’s style barn, is modeled after a barn on the family farm. Constructed with rough-sawn oak timbers and wooden pegs, it boasts a 30-foot vaulted ceiling and wrap-around loft lighted with iron chandeliers. The timber staircase offers a grand entry for the bride’s debut into the main hall while providing a beautiful backdrop for photos. The Pearl is located on a ridge approximately one mile south of Hamilton on Highway 13, overlooking Tom Creek valley. It is a beautiful sight to behold at sundown any time of the year. Deer, turkey, and other wildlife are frequently seen.
