Fat Zach's Wood Fired Pizza debuted in 2018 as a small food cart on the corner of Pioneer and 2nd in downtown Puyallup. As of March 2020, we now offer you the same great pizza in a space where you can sit down and stay awhile located in Sumner, we hope to become a destination point for travelers from around the US - and a bragging right for the residence of Sumner. Portland-Based Charcuterie Me was born out of a passion for the charcuterie experience . Food has always been at the center of my family gatherings. My fondest memories revolve around sharing laughs and stories with family around the dinner table . I wanted to recreate that feeling through Charcuterie Me by bringing people together through the crowd-pleasing board of meat, cheese and accompaniments. We take the guesswork out of preparation, and allow you freedom to enjoy the moment.

Our specialty is delicious all-butter crusts which taste as sweet as they look.
