Originally built as a livery and then used as a cold-storage warehouse, Millwick has reinvented itself as a unique stand alone, super-loft open to private events, outdoor wedding ceremonies and receptions, exhibitions and productions. It now boasts a flowing 7,000 square foot floor plan (4,500 sq ft interior + 2,500 sq ft garden courtyard) melding both interior and exterior areas. Millwick is an excellent event venue and wedding site for up to 175 people for ceremonies and receptions. Located in downtown Los Angeles in the heart of the Arts District, Millwick is convenient to many of the best new and historic hotels, restaurants and nightlife the city has to offer.

Lakewood Country Club’s historic Spanish-style clubhouse adjoins a sprawling garden lawn lavished with foliage. Outdoor ceremonies are lovely on this manicured expanse, with flowering borders and trees providing natural adornment. Brides make their entrance from the spacious bridal suite on the second floor of the clubhouse where they’ve dressed in comfort and style. Following the ceremony, the newlyweds are whisked away to pose for photos amid the beautiful lakes and greenery. Meanwhile, guests are welcomed inside a Saltillo-tiled foyer for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. Heritage Park is a historic site that is operated by the City of Santa Fe Springs. The City has restored the buildings and grounds of an elegant ranch that prospered here in the late 1800's. The park also tells the story of the original people of this region, the Tongva/Gabrieliño Indians, in a dramatic exhibit nestled within the trees on the park's west side. At the entrance, visitors are greeted by a railroad exhibit featuring a vintage A.T.& S.F. steam locomotive. The ruins of a large adobe home, built during Mexican rule, flank the park's largest building, the Carriage Barn, which houses a museum.
