Pie Ranch is a 27.5-acre farm that serves youth and our community through educational programming, community events, and partnerships with the Amah Mutsun Land Trust as well as other land-based organizations. We are located on the ancestral homelands of the Quiroste peoples, of whom there are no living descendants, and we partner with the Amah Mutsun Tribal Band. The gracious dining room and four lovely parlors downstairs, all decorated with classic period décor, open up to brick patios surrounded by manicured lawns, blooming flowers and natural areas. Spread over 25 acres of gardens, The Brothers Ranch features palms, tropical flowers, and bamboo that helps transport couples and their guests to another place. This lush landscape serves to enhance a couple’s wedding theme and is complete with a refurbished courtyard and barn. The Brothers Ranch has multiple ceremony and reception areas to choose from, both inside and out. In addition, there is a bar, full kitchen, and designated dressing rooms, along with the sensory-indulging gardens. Up to 400 people can gather at this venue. Soon-to-be-weds can choose their own caterer to be approved by the ranch, allowing the pair to customize their day to their tastes and preferences. Parking is available, with overflow as well. There is only one event planned per day, and the couple has the day before and after the event for setting and cleaning up. OVY Camp and Event Center is a 501c3 non-profit. Each year, we open most weekends between January-May & August-December for events like weddings. Unfortunately, we do not host any weddings June - mid-August since we host our non-profit summer camp programs during that time. All rental fees help fund our OVY Camp scholarship program to bring youth to summer camp that otherwise wouldn't have the opportunity!

The Highlands House is an elegant-meets-homey mansion with a private yard nestled in enchanted forests of the Santa Cruz Mountains. The venue features several rooms for dining and dancing, a wet bar, a large kitchen, two changing rooms, an elegant staircase perfect for grand entrances. A brick pathway leads from the house to the lawn. There, you’ll find a ceremony area on one side and on the other, space large enough for guests to dine and play yard games. The lawn is surrounded by trees and hedges, creating intimacy for your upscale backyard party. Tables and chairs are provided. The rest - from décor to caterers - is up to you, which makes the Highlands House an extraordinarily customizable venue. The Highlands House can host up to 200 people in the peak season (April – October) and 100 during the winter season (November – March). This includes your guests, vendors, and anyone else helping you on your big day.

Nestled in the Santa Cruz mountains, yet easily accessible, River House is a blend of rustic hideaway and country estate. One of the most beautiful aspects of the property is the wisteria covered arbor that leads the bridal party to the wooden gazebo overlooking San Lorenzo River. 14000 square feet of lawn easily accommodates up to 250 guests. a large aggregate patio serves as the cocktail area. A Redwood grove is available for the ceremony or a small cocktail hour. Flower-lined paths encircle the property. Catering station and bridal cottage included. A 3500 square foot barn has just been completed and is an absolutely stunning addition to the property . The Rustic/Industrial barn is furnished with custom lighting and windmill fans.
