She also creates a whole day timeline for your vendors and family members. The day of the wedding, she did FAR more than what I would’ve imagined - she had a whole emergency kit (think sewing kit, tampons, q-tips/tissues, a personal portable fan, bandaids, and more! I think she said she even had toiletries for the bathroom?!), a steamer to steam my wedding dress and the moms’ and SIL’s dresses, having everyone stick to the timeline, welcoming/directing guests as they walked through the venue (we had 3 room changes), moving rentals from one space to another, to dropping off my florals for preservation! She was great to work with!”

There was a small hiccup with our food caterer and Sam quickly jumped in and solved the problem. I could not have asked for a more perfect day for my daughter, it was everything she dreamed of and we were all stress free thanks to Sam. I would HIGHLY recommend The Black Barn Event Planning. She was there always adapting, and offering to help, to make sure our wedding day was special. When we had to reduce our guest list by more than half, change our venue, change vendors, she communicated with all our new vendors like she had been working with them all along. Grace is the living definition of calm; honestly you would wonder if she ever gets nervous doing this over and over again. She is the most patient, caring person you would want on your wedding day. The work that she put in to make sure our wedding was unique and full of love despite the chaos the whole world was under was unforgettable. It was hard to settle for a small wedding, but everything was so well coordinated that we really believe that we couldn’t have had a better wedding day. Our ceremony was so thoughtfully created by her that after our wedding was over, so many people asked us if Grace was a close friend. After two years my husband and I still talk about how Grace and her assistant came through for us. She has become a great friend, and one of our favorite person. We would hands down recommend her for your wedding day. We are so lucky and grateful that we chose her for ours.”

We create events in the Midwest and call Northeast Ohio home. Our goal is to create an individual experience for you and guide you in designing beautiful memories. Whether it’s a wedding, bridal shower, or social gala, we will take care of you from beginning to end. Anna Wise (Founder, Lead Planner & Designer) began coordinating weddings in college and loved it even more than she ever imagined. She found it to be the perfect way to use her creative skills and her Type A personality all at once.

“I went with Prestige Planning for my wedding planner because of the ease of use. I met with my certified wedding planner before I booked and she was amazing and explained the whole process. I knew I could plan my own wedding but I’m not a pro at all so I knew I would need a lot of help. I didn’t want to spend the money on a full wedding planner so going this route was absolutely perfect. They were with me every step of the way. I especially liked the SOS calls they give because I needed them to assist with a vendor I was having an issue with. I knew I was going to need help with logistics and stuff on the actual day of my wedding because I wouldn’t have time to do so, so I added the coordination add on to my package. So I got my wedding planned with major help from an actual certified planner and coordination for my wedding day for less than others are charging for just coordination. Just go for it. You will not be disappointed at all! They really went above and beyond and did more for me than what they had outlined they would do. I got more than my money worth.”
