Even with me being in the industry Brooklyn would ask me questions leading up to the big day I didn't even know I had, she made sure I knew when and how to get my marriage license and took care of sending it back to the clerk for us. She handled getting the rings to the correct bridal party members and made sure to grab our vow books before the ceremony so we didn't have to remember them. I literally didn't have to handle a single thing on my wedding day because she was there to handle it all. She made all the difference plus she continued to come and check in in me to see how I was doing throughout the getting ready process and has the calmest nature helping me to feel ready before I walked down the aisle. not only did she handle coordination and officiating the wedding she sprinkled in some extra magic by taking some gorgeous photos throughout the day and sent them to me the morning after the wedding so I would have a little something until my professional photos arrived! I am so utterly grateful to Brooklyn for making the best day of my life utterly perfect. She may be based in Ohio, however, my wedding was in Michigan-she has traveled all over the United States to work weddings and is so worth it, so feel free to inquire about out of state travel. “JayLynn was the absolute BEST day of coordinator we could have asked for on our big day! She was so so helpful! She came to our hotel room to pick up the decor and when she arrived the first thing she said was “do you need anything?! What can I do for you?”. She created the perfect timeline for the day and sent it out to all of our vendors so the day went smoothly. She took the extra flowers we had and I told her “do with these what you will” and she used them perfectly! We had a memorial chair for my husbands parents who had passed and she put the flowers there as well as on our cake! I was so impressed with how she used the flowers. The venue was set up exactly how I wanted and it was even more stunning than I expected. JayLynn was on time to pick up the decor and I never once had to stress about her or the set up. I truly did not have to stress at all on our big day and it meant the world to me. All night JayLynn was helping me with either carrying my train, helping me in the bathroom when needed, and even coming up and asking if there was anything I needed. She helped my maid of honor bustle my dress and change my shoes for the reception. At the end of the night JayLynn brought all of our decor back to the hotel for us!! She ended up staying in the same hotel and I’m so so glad she did because I’m sure she had a super busy day and we didn’t want her to drive home from Frisco at midnight. JayLynn was such a sweetheart and made everything run so smoothly. There was not a second in our day that wasn’t smooth and that is because of HER!! We had the absolute best day of our lives and we know that it wouldn’t have been possible without all of her help. JayLynn, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all of your hard work and your commitment to making our day perfect! We appreciate you and the work you do SO MUCH!! I know that I probably missed so many of the things she did for us because she did it all but we are forever grateful for her and her help!”

They took on a super difficult task due to the nature of the venue -- an DIY outdoor center with no cell phone reception, and key sites separated by a 0.3 mile gravel path, plus literally 7 different locations for all the different events (rehearsal, his and hers getting ready, ceremony, reception, cocktail hour, and food storage cabin). Oh, also the venue team has never hosted a wedding before!!! B&K handled it perfectly. I truly don't know what we would have done without them.
