“Our wedding at Zaca Mesa took place this spring in March. Everything to booking, venue walk through, and the event day of went smoothly thanks to Tara the event manager at Zaca. She was on top of everything and answered all the questions we had thoroughly and promptly through the whole experience. We felt truly welcomed and like a part of a family there. The venue itself is beautiful with a gorgeous oak tree outside, tall ceilings in the view room, and the greenery outside. It was everything we wanted for our special day. Unfortunately it rained so we weren’t able to utilize the outdoor space but the Zaca team and our event coordinator team did everything and anything to switch to plan B to make sure we still had our ceremony outside and a fun party inside. I truly believe the way the event panned out was even better than the original plan. The professionalism was top notch. Even the times we’ve come to visit the service is impeccable. I am so happy we chose Zaca and we cannot WAIT to come back to visit. It’s one of the reasons we wanted to have our wedding there was to be able to come back and relive those special moments.”

“I cannot recommend Debbie enough. From the first day I met her up to the day of the wedding, Debbie went above and beyond my expectations! First of all, Debbie was so prompt in communication. It didn't matter what time of day I emailed her, she would respond within a couple hours and would always take initiative to follow up on our meetings. Debbie was also always willing to meet up with me in person whenever I wanted to discuss designs. She even brought samples of cloths, dried flowers, and pot options to one of our meetings so I could see and feel the materials in person!! When it came to design, it was so clear that Debbie has a passion for her work. I would give her ideas of what I was thinking and Debbie would give me her input as well as multiple options for color palettes, floral types, and materials. But she never imposed her ideas onto me and made sure that I got what I wanted. The entire process was organized and easy. She made me mood boards and even a realistic sketches of the arch that I was wanting (with multiple versions). She was also upfront with pricing for any changes that were suggested. Finally on the day of the wedding, Debbie was a total professional and had everything set up right on time. Everything looked even more beautiful than I could've imagined. I am not exaggerating that so many people at my wedding complimented me on the floral arrangements. I feel like whether you know exactly what you want or need help with design, Debbie is your girl. “There is a reason she has all of these 5 stars; Sarah is the best! My new husband and I just moved to Ventura and decided to elope. Santa Barbara was highly recommended because of the courthouse, which was stunning. We decided to do photos and found Sarah. First and foremost, her work is stunning. Don’t believe me, check out her IG. It’s the perfect balance of moody and bright. Her photo aesthetic is *chef’s kiss*. She has an eye for what will look good. We told her what we wanted and she knew exactly where to go, which made eloping to a new area that much easier. She also made us comfortable while taking pics, which is hard because we are not photogenic and super awkward in poses. I cannot rave enough about her photos. The other part of it is that she walked us through everything when it came to eloping. She knew exactly where to go at the courthouse, what the process was like, and she made it such a smooth experience. I cannot thank her enough for taking one more stress off our plate for the big day. Finally, her prices are fair. She is not cheap but definitely not expensive. We had the caterer for our rehearsal dinner drop out one week before the event and Michele found us a replacement within an hour; and the replacement caterer was a slam dunk. Everyone loved the food. On the day of the wedding and rehearsal dinner Michele and Dan did everything. And I mean everything. She set up tables, positioned flowers and welcome signs and seating charts. She ironed over disagreements with vendors and never once did we have to lift a finger. His mixes are amazing and he knows exactly which song flows into the next. My wedding was full of musician guests and the amount of people (musicians and not) that came up to me saying this was the best DJ really tells you something. “After going back and forth with ideas of a wedding and elopement, we decided to elope at the courthouse in hopes of getting married on our dating anniversary. Unfortunately, the Courthouse can be booked months in advance so we were looking for a nice venue to host us with less than a month away. That's where the USSB came in. With the micro-wedding package, we were able to have a low-cost, intimate, and beautiful wedding ceremony. Joanie was very accommodating with arranging short notice visits to the venue and with entertaining our ideas as we honed in our vision for the wedding. Her and John even took care of the day-of-coordination, allowing our florist to set up the pews and altar and the photographer to post above for some aerial shots. On the wedding day, everything went seamless and stress-free. We can't thank them enough for accommodating us so last minute. We also get so many compliments on the look of the church itself which is always great to hear! There is a also a beautiful park (Keck Alice Park) across the street where we got some amazing photos as well.”

“We hired Brittany Taylor Photography months before our wedding and began the conversation with Brittany herself who was so kind and communicative from day 1. We were SO lucky to work with Claire who kicked us off with an amazing engagement shoot. She's extremely experienced, thorough, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Her and her brother came out to our ranch venue in Santa Ynez and totally transformed it into the wedding of our dreams. We were so happy with how all of the floral arrangements turned out, especially the table of honor, my bouquet, the custom hanging arrangement she made for inside the barn, and the gorgeous table arrangements. She even decorated our cake which turned out adorable. She totally understood the assignment and we wish her nothing but the absolute best moving forward into her own as an independent florist!
