We especially appreciated how she captured her subjects both formally and with candid shots. She was professional easy to work with, but also fun and disarming. She understood our vision on the first call and contributed really exciting and inspirational ideas on how to capture our day, but also spent time with us to get a sense of our quirks and sense of humor. By the time our wedding day came, she folded right in with our friends and family and was able to seamlessly run through the important family photos we had planned. “Lisa was hands down one of my top vendors for my September 2024 wedding. Ultimately when booking vendors we had two non- negotiables- affordability and character. I met with several photographers before her and either their pricing was not within our range or I didn’t feel any “connection” with them. When I met Lisa over FaceTime I was in Target with my two toddlers because I had my schedule mixed up. She laughed about it and we were able to have a productive meeting despite the mix up. I hired Lisa not long after and I am so glad I did. Besides from being a phenomenal photographer, her personality is what put the cherry on top. She is detail oriented and assertive - like myself- and had a very efficient way of photographing our bridal party where we were even able to enjoy our cocktail hour without having a first look.
