AMAZING! Just amazing job done by Colt and his team. I was panicking when I got to the venue because hair and makeup ran an hour over, he assured me we were fine and we’d have plenty of time. He kept us on schedule for the ceremony and reception and just was there every second. Once we got into the reception he brought my husband and I ice packs and put them in the back of our shirt/dress. He made sure we got food, drinks, etc. Colt is amazing. The venue is BEAUTIFUL! Everyone told me how amazing the venue was and the food was so good. The cake was absolutely amazing. The DJ was amazing! We had the best time. I can’t recommend Jordan Springs Estate enough. You won’t be disappointed.

When we found this venue on Zola, we immediately wanted to view it. They were super quick to respond and were very informative of what to expect. They were upfront of cost and what was included. The scheduling was very streamlined. The day of coordinator, Erin was very helpful and wonderful. The food was absolutely out of this world! The venue has multiple options to choose from ceremony site, reception, and food. The staff were super friendly as well. If you want a whimsical, magical, fairytale wedding, this is the place for you. We highly recommend checking out Stone Manor Boutique Inn. You won't be dissapointed!

Ostertag Vistas was the best choice for us. We are so grateful for Donna, the venue owner and her staff for a day we will never forget. The views were amazing, everywhere. The Barn was just what we were looking for, all of our friends and family loved it. We cannot say enough positive things about our experience. Donna was very professional, detail oriented, and super to work with. She gave us exactly what we asked for and everything we didn't know we needed. Terry, our Ostertag Wedding Coordinator, made perfect recommendations based on who we are, and filled in with so many details we didn't even know to ask about. The staff as well were extremely friendly and easy to work with from the Bartender to the Parking Attendants and especially the Wait Staff. After our wedding, our families and guests could not say enough good things about our wedding day at Ostertag. We had 120 guests and a wedding party of 4 bridesmaids and 4 groomsmen. We had our ceremony at Fernwood, surrounded by gorgeous trees and a storybook brook, it was like a fairytale! We rented their arbor, and barn doors for the ceremony, perfect for making this space a magical dream come true. Our cocktail hour was on the Patio and our guests could also go into the Stable making this hour very spacious and inviting. When it was time for our reception, the staff escorted our guest to the main barn and helped our elderly grandparents with the escorted golf cart. The golf cart was also used to help our Grandparents get to the ceremony site and back to the cocktail hour, it was wonderful not to worry about how we would help them around that day. The main dining room in the Barn was setup by the Ostertag staff and when we entered, we were in ahh, everything looked amazing and just perfect. I will never forget our first dance. Our sweetheart table was setup in front of the fireplace, it was so intimate and just perfect! We provided the decor along with some Ostertag rentals, Terry and her staff placed it all together for the perfect setting. After dinner service, the staff moved our wedding cake to the middle of the dance floor for our formal cake cutting, they then sliced and served our cake to the guests as we danced the night away. The staff provided a perfect Coffee Station with Tea and Hot Chocolate for our guests to enjoy as well. Everything flowed well and as planned, and guests were easily able to move around and find everything. Again, I cannot say enough about how wonderful this venue was. The day of our wedding, I did not feel stressed or worried about any details coming together because I knew everything was prepared and being taken care of by Donna, Terry, and their capable staff. They gave us our dream day that my husband and I will never forget and will treasure forever.

We rented the Garden Room which is an absolutely stunning space and although we were welcome to bring our own decorations, we really didn’t feel like the room even needed it. Sarah was incredibly helpful through the whole process, provided catering recommendations, and was willing to coordinate which made things seamless and stress-free for us. Our families were so impressed with the space and the staff could not have been more lovely. Maryland National was the PERFECT venue for our wedding! From the very beginning, Reghan and the whole team were incredible. Reghan went above and beyond to help us plan everything – she was so easy to work with and always had the best recommendations. I loved how easy it was to communicate with her through email. We got married at our church, but had the reception at Maryland National. They even let us use the club to get ready since our church didn't have a space! The girls got ready upstairs, and the guys used the locker rooms, which was amazing for getting-ready photos. Plus, the food was delicious! What we loved most was that we didn't have to set up or clean up anything – Maryland National took care of it all. We didn't even have to take decorations home the night of the wedding! We could pick them up the next day. It was the most perfect day, and we can't thank Reghan and the staff enough. Seriously, if you're looking for an amazing venue, this is it!

We looked at many venues before we found the Inn at grassroots Hill. The owners were particularly accommodating during the planning stages of our wedding. The property is beautifully framed by wonderful Lake views. The ballroom and dining rooms are fantastic. And fairly large. The staff were friendly, and helped us with every detail of our event. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone from Maryland or the Metro DC area since it was a short drive away thank you Vicky for making our special day even more special!

We got married in Spring 2025 at The View at Bluemont (TVB) and could not have been happier with our experience. Like most people we thought the pictures of the venue were beautiful, and it was even better in person. TVB was the first (and only) venue we visited in our venue shopping. We had our tour with Bryan and you immediately got the sense of someone with a lot of integrity but also professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He was open and transparent about the packages and pricing, and there weren’t any surprises or unexpected expenses. One of the nice things about TVB is its Bring Your Own Alcohol policy. For our wedding of 200 people, we probably saved about 4k-5k. From our brief experience looking at prices for other venues, TVB was competitive especially for the quality and how easy the planning process was. We only had to focus on the fun things like the DJ, tasting the food, and picking out the layout/colors. We were set up with Nicole as our wedding coordinator, and we feel like Nicole was made for this. Just amazing. In the weeks and months leading up to the wedding, friends would ask if we were starting to get stressed, and we’d look at each other and shrug, and say everything seemed to be going along smoothly. Nicole was working behind the scenes though with all our vendors and making sure they were on schedule and taken care of. My uncle - the officiant - had done hundreds of weddings and said Nicole was the most delightful person he’s ever worked with. Even when our breezy (I.e., windy) day knocked over our personal decor or we were having family shenanigans, Nicole (and her partner, Sam) were always level-headed, gracious, and kept the show moving along. At one point, she gave her earpiece to the groom so he could talk to the bride before we had our first look. It was a really fun moment. We could go on and on about how organized and detail-oriented she is, but there’s not enough room here. Just a genuinely amazing person, and we love her. A couple other points we loved about our experience: - We rented the lodge for two nights and the manor for the night of the wedding, and one of our favorite moments was hanging out in the groom’s suite with our bridal party after the wedding ended. - Dede and her catering team were awesome. Weeks after the wedding, co-workers were still commenting about how amazing everything tasted but also how knowledgeable every server and bartender was about the drinks and food (including the recipes and ingredients). Just a really professional and pleasant team. We were bust dancing all night, and Dede packed our cake so we could eat it for a midnight snack -The TVB team set out two plates of food for us in the groom’s suite so we could eat and have a private moment together after the ceremony (and during dinner). The chef also came out and spoke to our parents and welcomed them. There were a million other small gestures, courtesies, and accommodations by the staff from top to bottom. For this review, we really thought hard about whether we would have changed anything or had constructive feedback. But there wasn’t - we would’ve done it exactly the same way again. It is a high-quality, professional team and production with one of the most beautiful venues in Virginia. We’re eternally grateful to the team for making our experience so fun and memorable.

Located in close proximity to Baltimore; Washington, D.C.; and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, the venue offers a charming 220-acre space with access to attractions such as golf, wineries, and hiking. Inside the event buildling we can comfortably accommodate up to 150 guests for a seated dinner. For groups over 150, we would have to bring in a tent for the dinner portion of the evening. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better wedding venue than Caboose Farm! We had a multicultural Indian & American wedding, with 4 events across two days and 200 guests. At every stage, Colby went above and beyond to make our dream wedding come true. We spent over 6 months on the venue search alone, considering options anywhere between VA and NJ. We were open to all kinds of venues: hotels, banquet halls, museums, barns, etc. But once we found Caboose Farm, our choice was crystal clear. Caboose Farm encompassed literally everything we wanted in a venue: indoor and outdoor options surrounded by stunning nature, lots of inclusions, on-site lodging for almost 100 guests, accessible location, BYOB alcohol which lowered our costs relative to bar packages, no vendor requirements (but plenty of helpful recommendations) to give us full freedom, etc. Somehow, despite being our DREAM venue, it was also very affordable — we were truly shocked at how much the package included, relative to the bare bones inclusions of other venues. And there ended up being even more inclusions than we realized when we first signed with Caboose Farm — during the planning process, we realized they offered soo many things that we would have otherwise needed to get ourselves. They even offer dozens of color options for tablecloths and napkins, which would normally be an extra cost at other venues! Colby was always very quick to reply to our many emails and was detail-oriented in the planning process, and he was flexible and generous with their time as we adjusted details closer to the big day. When it rained, his team heroically managed all the necessary day-of changes, from moving 200 chairs to a new location to giving guests rides across the farm. Throughout it all, they were friendly, cheerful, and helpful not just to us but all of our guests, and they did an incredible job of managing a complicated (and chaotic) wedding with multiple events that used almost every part of the property. We unfortunately had significant issues with some of our own (external) vendors, but we were way less stressed about it than we otherwise would’ve been because, quite frankly, we knew Colby wouldn’t let things get out of hand! (Even though that’s beyond his job description!!). It was a life saver to know we had Colby looking out for us and could trust him to go above and beyond in making things run smoothly. And Colby was also the one driving the bride around during the wedding, and let me just say he was the perfect calming force I needed amidst all the chaos :) Throughout the event, our guests consistently complimented the great job we did in picking our gorgeous venue and the great service the Caboose Farm team provided. They made a great day even better by anticipating and handling problems before they even arose. The on-site accommodations were a huge help, and the wide range of indoor and outdoor event spaces were all beautiful. Many guests also stopped by the waterfall nearby before/after the event. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to get married, or a better team to manage everything. Caboose Farm & Colby are the absolute best!!

Besides the venue being absolutely beautiful and picturesque, the owners and wedding coordinator were very attentive, accommodating, communicative and treated us like family. My husband and I were married at the Farm in May 2019 and used all parts of the venue for our wedding day. My bridesmaids and I got ready at the farmhouse, pictures were taken around the property, we were married in one of the fields and had the reception in the barn. We loved the venue and so did all of our guests. East Lynn Farm is perfect venue to make your big day special!

We spent months researching barn/farm venues in Virginia, and there were clear differences between the commercial barn venues (fake) and the true country barn venues. Faith Like a Mustard Seed Farm (FLAMS) fell into our laps when we were searching the historical area and farmlands of Leesburg. Bonus #1: it’s an active farm with variety of animals that you can interact with and take pictures with! Not only do they advertise a classic red barn, there is a separate cocktail building with a backroom for the groomsmen, a cute cottage for the bridal party, and a pond down the hill with big willow tree that’s the perfect secluded spot for the first look! Bonus #2: FLAMS owners Patricia and Karl are two of the most kind-hearted, hard-working, and genuine people we’ve ever met! From the moment we first drove down the gravel road and Patricia was waving in excitement for us, we felt so welcome! During our walkthrough of the venue, seeing all the beautiful ceremony and reception options, we got to meet some of the farm animals and hear about the success story of their dream venture and where the name came from. It couldn’t have been a more meaningful story and we felt as if it was meant to be! We booked the venue months in advance for a June 2025 wedding, placed a deposit and signed the contract - which was simple and less than 10 pages. We found out we were pregnant in November 2024, and quickly called Patricia to discuss options. They were open to moving the date one time (which is outlined in their contract) as long as the date was open, so we moved it up to April 2025. They were genuinely excited for us and reassured us it would be the perfect day at the perfect time of the season. We wanted to do things a little untraditional and simplify things to make it easier on me considering I would be six months pregnant by then. We planned for a pre-wedding cocktail hour with drinks and some of our favorite snacks, (bonus #3: they setup a photoshoot for the guests with the mini horses!) We were able to pull off a pre-staged setup in the barn for the ceremony, dinner, and big reception, all without having to do any major rearrangements in between. We had an open bar the entire time, dinner buffet, DJ was setup on a stage in the corner, perfect display for our wedding cake, (bonus #4: Karl is a licensed officiant so we were blessed to have him marry us) and the whole plan was wonderfully executed by all. Even with the crazy weather (rain on and off all morning, and wild winds that shook the barn in even the quietest moments) Patricia and Karl did everything in their power to make our day smooth sailing and flawless. If something didn’t go as planned, it was resolved with the wedding coordinator before we ever knew about it! By the end of the night, we were all gathered on the dance floor, drinks up celebrating, and I remember seeing Patricia and Karl dancing alongside everyone. I was hoping they would get to enjoy their evening with us just as much as we got to enjoy ours, literally thanks to all their hard work and efforts to make our wedding day perfect. Faith Like a Mustard Seed Farm wasn’t just the perfect farm wedding venue with the perfect old red barn like I always dreamed of. It became one of the most sentimental places in our lives, on one of the most sentimental days of our lives, with every sentimental person in our lives - including Patricia and Karl. “Highly recommended” isn’t the proper term, it’s a MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE!

The quality of their work and value was absolutely stunning, and they truly helped us create our dream wedding. They were so incredible to work with, and we are so happy we found them. They went above and beyond in so many ways, even giving us a special gift on our wedding day. Sylvanside Farm, established in 1744, evokes the ambiance of a small village in the European countryside. In 2018, the farm was purchased and restored to its former glory. The goal in hosting weddings is to preserve this special land, Loudoun’s rich farming heritage and the beautiful rural landscape of Loudoun County, Virginia.

Sylvanside Farm was our first and only venue visit for our daughter’s wedding. The beautiful grounds and historical buildings on the farm made it an easy decision for us all. The owners, Terri and Jeff, have restored their property with utmost respect to its historical charm. Having on site lodging allowed both families to spend quality time together and hosting the rehearsal dinner on site made for an all around relaxing weekend. The curated list of preferred vendors, which Sylvanside provides, was very helpful and each vendor that we selected from their list was top notch. Terri and Jeff were very accommodating and responsive throughout the planning process and I highly recommend their venue for your special day.
