I was concerned about my center pieces because I wanted to make my own, but Ruby assured me she could handle set up of all 13 center pieces, place cards for 95 people, and the high boy center pieces. She did that in record time and it turned out beautifully. On top of that she ensured our big day ran on-time with our wedding party and ceremony. We didn’t have to worry about a thing the day of! Ruby met with us numerous times over the course of 6 months to give constructive feedback and ensure we were on track to have a gorgeous and fun wedding. One thing Ruby made clear is that she is there to handle EVERYTHING, and that the Bride and Groom won’t know about any hiccups until after the wedding. That was our experience and we are so grateful to her, all we had to do was enjoy ourselves. She even handled an uninvited guest with professionalism and delicacy. My favorite thing about Ruby was how organized she is – she showed up to both our venue walk-through and rehearsal with a binder of notes and was answering questions about details I forgot about. She helped us plan every detail- from celebratory champagne while getting ready, to beautiful florals (including my dream bouquet, which she made), coordinating all rentals through her vendors, and even picking up our wedding cake. After our Oregon coast ceremony, we had appetizers and a private chef dinner at our airbnb for our 14 guests- and the food experience was truly unforgettable. Kimberley's chef and sous chef, were incredible! The chef built a thoughtful, elegant menu that felt perfectly tailored to the setting and the occasion. Appetizers included fresh oysters, shrimp cocktail and ceviche- all beautifully prepared and displayed. Dinner was perfectly cooked steak, butter garlic mashed potatoes, tender asparagus and scallops, paired with a curated selection of local OR wines. Every dish was crafted with care and brought a sense of luxury and warmth to the evening. The chef and sous chef not only prepared everything to perfection but were also professional, friendly and seamlessly integrated into the flow of the night. The tablescape that Kimberley created was another unforgettable highlight- elegant, timeless and even more beautiful than what we imagined. It brought everything together in the most stunning way. Communication throughout the planning process was consistent and reassuring, especially because we live in Colorado and the wedding weekend took place in Oregon. Kimberley regularly checked in to make sure every detail aligned with our vision and because of her thoroughness and care, we felt completely at ease leading into the big weekend. On the day of, her team executed everything with precision and heart. They were warm, attentive, and brought such a calm, grounding energy to the space. Everything was timed perfectly and we were free to enjoy the experience of getting married without any stress. We truly can't thank Kimberley, Chef Michael, and the team enough! My husband and I, as well as our family and friends would absolutely recommend this team for any event. They created a wedding night that was intimate, elegant and deeply personal - a celebration we'll never forget!”
