I thought I (ALL CAPS THERE!) was a perfectionist until I met Allie LeBon. If you're thinking "is this worth it?" or "do I really need a planner?" or even, "I can do this all myself." ...you maaaybe can, but if you want your day to be utterly spectacular - hire Allie. I can't stress enough the importance of hiring someone like her. Our entire day was magic because of her and her CityLux team. We started out our journey with a clear goal, but it all felt a bit daunting. Allie was with us from start to finish (top to bottom planning and day-of!) and made every step along the way incredible. She was prompt, professional, honest, and kind. It's hard to find vendors that are as "on their game." There were times that we were completely at a loss for what was next and she always communicated with clarity so we felt comfortable and prepared to make decisions. There were sooooo many details only she could have thought of. Just when you think you have it figured out, there are 3 more things Allie was thinking of. I constantly said, "oh wow.. I didnt even think of that." Like coordinating bus routes and timing that out... no thank you! We felt like it was all under control because of her meticulous documentation, flawless communication with our other vendors, and emergency plans she put in motion behind the scenes. MOST importantly, she makes sure you can focus on your day and nothing else. From the napkins, to the placecards, to our grass wall, to our place settings, to the drink signs, and everything else in between, it was all so complete and I wouldn't have changed a thing. Not to mention, she professionally vetoed some of our ideas, and finding someone who knows what's realistic and what's not is hard to find. I've recommended her to ALL my friends and every time I get rave reviews. Don't go it alone throughout this process. Go with Allie and go with CityLux! PS: The picture you see with our reaction was exactly the moment we saw our vision come to life at the reception. Speechless.

I'm obsessed with Charlene! She was a dream to work with. She brought such professionalism to our hectic event. We were planning a wedding at a personal property, meaning we had to supply every single vendor and she handled everything amazingly. She wrangled the vendors prior to the day of and she helped me keep my cool during the stress of the morning. You can tell she's a pro at this! There were times I felt a little underwater in terms of managing an event I had no experience with, and her demeanor was so calming and she handled any last minute things. She also helped with some post-wedding issues even though she could have wiped her hands and been done with the event day of. I've already told multiple people in her area to book her immediately.

I first heard about Abibi Bridal when I was assisting my best friend CakedbyMel assemble a wedding cake in New Hampshire in September 2023. Mind you, I was visiting my best friend in Boston for the weekend because it was her birthday. I live in New York, so I took a flight to Boston to spend time with her. My friend was hired to construct the wedding cake by Abibi Bridal because Abibi Bridal was booked as the wedding planner for the wedding. I was observing how Abbe was working with the vendors and the wedding party, and I was instantly impressed. I walked up to Abbe and told her; I am getting married next year, and I am going to book you to plan my wedding. Abbe said of course! I set up my consultation with Abbe and I booked her for her wedding coordination services immediately. I just knew Abbe and her team would execute. From when I booked Abibi Bridal at the beginning of October 2023, up until the day of the wedding, April 25, 2024, Abbe has been a blessing when it came to planning my wedding. Even though she was booked for wedding coordination, Abbe was so helpful, knowledgeable, patient, kind, and just overall amazing throughout the entire process. She knew exactly what vendors would work great with the vision I had. Abbe knows all the best vendors and has great relationships with so many amazing vendors, that you know the vendors will execute not only because they are dedicated to their craft, because of their relationship with Abbe and Abibi Bridal. Now let’s fast forward to the day before the wedding, Abbe and her team came down from Boston, and from the moment Abbe and her team arrived until the end of the wedding the following day, Abbe and her team were all hands on deck! When I say the level of professionalism Abbe and her team had is unmatched compared to other wedding planning teams I heard about. She was a shield from all the stress, questions, unsolicited advice, and energy that was heading my way. Words honestly cannot describe what Abbe and her team did for my wedding. She made everything so seamless and special. My advice to every upcoming bride is to book a wedding planner or wedding coordination because it will make the wedding planning process go so smoothly. My husband and I frequently find ourselves looking at each other and exclaiming, “we had the perfect wedding.” And we did, it was perfect in every way we could have imagined. I’m certain that we wouldn’t be able to say that if we hadn’t worked with MB Events. For context, I didn’t want a wedding. I wanted to elope because it would be easy and I just wanted to be married, but my husband encouraged me to consider an intimate wedding with our closest friends and family on his parents’ property. He also insisted on getting a wedding planner to make this as stress-free as possible for both of us. We talked to several wedding planners, but when we got off the phone with Marissa from MB Events, I immediately said “she’s the one.” Marissa was the only planner we talked to who asked about our story, our families, and our feelings right off the bat. She listened to us and gave us frank, honest advice about planning a “backyard wedding” (spoiler: it takes a village). I was truly starry-eyed while talking to her because she is the epitome of calm confidence. Now, this land needed some serious TLC… I remember when MB Events first came to look at the property, it was hard for any of us to imagine how we could turn it into our wedding venue, but Marissa saw through the wild overgrowth and created the loveliest vision that we never would have thought of without her help. It was the spark that motivated us to make this work. We didn’t really know what we wanted this wedding to look like, only some vague ideas: warm and whimsical, like a garden party with lots of light and color. We shared Pinterest boards with a wild mix of inspiration, and she was able to sift through all our ideas to nail down a theme that considered who we are as individuals and as a couple. Planning a wedding on family land requires a lot more thought and effort than a wedding at a venue. You need to consider things like bathroom trailers, weather protection, parking, and countless other things that were not even close to the front of our minds. MB Events thought of everything – this was clearly not their first rodeo. Marissa put together floor plans, mood boards, and schedules detailed down to the minute. She held our hands through every step of the process, kept in contact via call and text, and sent us reminders to be sure that nothing was forgotten. We took all her recommendations without question, including her vendor recs (which are top tier, btw), and I’m so glad we did. There are no words to adequately capture how incredible our wedding turned out to be. It all came together seamlessly, and we’ve been so humbled by the number of compliments we’ve received from our guests. But the best part for us was not having to worry about a single thing the entire wedding day. Knowing MB Events had everything handled gave us the peace of mind to be fully present (especially on the dance floor), and that is a gift that we will be forever grateful to them for. It’s priceless. At the end of the night, we exchanged tearful goodbyes; it feels like we’ve known them for ages instead of a year. It’s so obvious that they love what they do. Their love, care, and authenticity radiates. We cannot recommend MB Events enough; we can say confidently that our wedding day was the best day of our lives, and considering one of us didn’t want a wedding in the first place, we think that’s saying something. 10/10 would renew our vows just to do it all over again.

We could not have asked for our day to have been more perfect and it is all thanks to MK. We got married in October 2023 and were completely in over our heads with the planning process with no idea what to do after selecting a venue. I had met MK when I was a recently engaged bridesmaid for one of my best friends and she was her day-of planner. Not only was I incredibly impressed with MK at that wedding, but my parents who were also in attendance said we HAD to have MK help us with our wedding. Through the planning process, MK made it incredibly easy to navigate and decide on vendors when there were a billion to choose from. She was our line of communication with our vendors throughout the entire process through email, Zoom, and phone calls so when the wedding day came everything fell into place just as it was supposed to. MK and Keara made sure nothing was out of place the entire day; from the venue, to the vendors, the wedding party, the guests - if there was I still don't know about it to this day! If your guests, wedding party members, and vendors are reaching out to you after your wedding to tell you how incredible your wedding planner was from their experience, you seriously can't ask for anything more. The guests raved about the whole experience, and as far as I know literally nothing went wrong, and if it did, Sara handled it like a pro because I never found out! As soon as my fiancé and I met Devyn over a zoom call, I knew we had to hire her to plan our wedding. She is not only extremely talented in her field, she is also a wonderful person and very personable and easy to work with. My main concern going into wedding planning was being far from our destination (we live in CA and planned a wedding in MA), and for the design aspect as I tend to lack in that area. Devyn solved any concern - she attended vendor meetings in MA that we weren't able to, truly going above and beyond. She asked all the right questions and totally understood the aesthetic we were going for design wise and ran with it, coming back to us with gorgeous design decks (multiple!) that were on the nose. She was flexible with us being in a different time zone. She not only designed, but also coordinated flawlessly. She executed with vendors and built a relationship with our venue coordinator that I'm certain impacted how smoothly everything went. Devyn planned an entire wedding weekend, coordinating multiple events from Friday morning through Sunday morning including a yoga class, lunch, rehearsal dinner, welcome reception, bonfires, a brunch, ceremony, reception, an after party... We definitely kept her busy and she did not seem to tire. She led us through the weekend (along with her amazing team - Evie, Nicolette, and Alexa!) with so much assurance that everything would be taken care of. When rain was on the forecast, she moved our cocktail hour to a different location at our venue with only a couple of hours to spare. We didn't stress one bit. My now husband and I were able to relax and enjoy every moment of the event without worrying about the details and logistics. I would be remiss not to mention that Devyn planned our wedding while being a new mom - which I am sure was no easy feat. We are so thankful to have found her, and would recommend her to absolutely anyone looking for a full service wedding planner.

Growing up in Massachusetts, I knew this is where we wanted to get married, however we were planning from out of state and needed someone with feet on the ground. From our first introductory phone call, we were confident Linnea not only had years of wedding planning experience, but she knew everything (and everyone) there was to know about weddings in Boston. Linnea answered all our emails, calls, messages promptly and she anticipated things before I could even ask. She easily and quickly set up meetings for us with our vendors. Even when I questioned some of our own choices of having a small wedding, she constantly reassured us that this was our day to enjoy! We valued her opinion on venues and vendors, and trusted who she had worked with. If Linnea said a vendor was great, we knew she meant it. In fact, she helped us choose one of the most beautiful venues (Boston Harbor Hotel) for our small, intimate, summer wedding. I had always expected the wedding planning process to be chaotic, stressful, and anxiety provoking, but with Linnea on our team I literally could not have been more calm. On the day of, I was able to enjoy myself and savor the moments, I did not have to worry about a single thing! The day was beyond perfection. We still have guests commenting that it was the best wedding they had ever been to! I am forever grateful for Linnea, and if you are considering a wedding planner - hurry up and get her on your team! Sabrina's services kept us organized and on track with everything we needed to do. She checked in with us every month leading up to the wedding and was always available for any calls or emails. Extremely responsive. She had so much knowledge and first hand experience with different vendors in the area that she made our lives sooo much easier in booking the remaining vendors we needed. She also put together our decor Inspo and she was SPOT ON! And she brought it to life the day of the wedding! Sabrina also handled our timelines which we would not have had the bandwidth to put together that last 1-2 months before the wedding as we were already stressed enough.
