She didn't push me to go beyond the budget and really heard what I had to say. She was genuine, personable, and all around a wonderful human and professional to work with. I have one photo at this time and will add later! Toni made sure we did not miss any food during our busy timeline. For instance, when we were saying hello to everyone during cocktail hour, we did not have time to get appetizers but Toni and her team saved every single one for us and brought it to us right before our meal! “TLDR: You will find absolutely nobody better to do any event. These guys have taken the crown for best BBQ in the area. My wife and I took a chance on these guys as they were moving up from Texas. We committed just because of their communication and the way they made things others in the area didnt. We just had a great feeling about them. So, we booked them. We did try their food at a tasting event and holy smokes! It was the best BBQ I had since I was in Tennessee. Then talking with them, they could not be more delightful. We knew we had lightning in a bottle. We even HAD to get the peach cobbler at the wedding... Fast forward to the wedding, they were prompt, and an absolute delight to have. So many people that day and even to this very day tell us that was the best wedding meal they ever ate. This includes people who work at weddings. We could not have been happier at the choice we made when we took a leap of faith and booked them without ever meeting or trying the food. We tell anyone who will listen to us about how amazing Luongo BBQ is. And yes, I will be using them every excuse I get!”

“Kristin with Hausfrau Catering did a phenomenal job with my daughter’s wedding at Balla Cloiche Vineyards. The food and service were beyond expectation. The appetizers at cocktail hour were great, particularly the mini crab cakes (even made gluten free due to some allergies). There were about 90 guests and everything went very smoothly, from the plated salad and soup courses, then main course stations set up with beef, poultry, seafood choices, as well as a vegan option for a couple of guests. Dessert shooters were delicious. The rentals (tables, place settings, etc) were great and communication and flexibility were exceptional from start to finish. Highly recommend Hausfrau for any catering needs.”
