A group of professional caterers and hospitality employees envisioned an event space like no other. A space vast enough to hold large events without compromising the ambiance and charm of a quaint family gathering. A place rich in history with significant ties to our communities. We were lead to an aging, almost forgotten piece of our past. The old Cotton Depot in Clinton SC quietly sat on the edge of downtown. The building spoke to us, 17,000 square feet of handmade brick each telling a story, 11ft ceilings with exposed beams, arched windows and wide planked floors. We immediately began designing the space. Through our catering experience we knew the need for easy access, a good flow and having conveniently located facilities. We also knew the importance of having multifunctioning spaces that can be dressed up or down to make each event uniquely yours. The Court Street Livery is a restored barn in downtown Washington, Georgia. It is perfect for weddings, rehearsal dinners and just about any event you can imagine. The big red barn has great details from the past including a soaring heart pine ceiling, brick walls, awesome lighting, a outdoor patio, and a huge open space with four wooden posts. You’ll have access to the barn for the whole day. You can take your time setting up because we rent the Livery for only one event each weekend and you may come in the day before for decorating and set-up at no extra cost. We're largely a “DIY” facility which can make our venue very budget friendly. You'll provide the ideas, decorations and set-up. The Livery is beautiful even with very few decorations. You will choose your own caterer/planner. The Livery has a full catering kitchen. We have a few tables but you'll need to rent additional equipment (chairs, tableware, sound system, etc.). There is ample free parking.

The Corry House is named after the Corry family that settled the land in the late 1700's. That same family built the house in 1869, and continues to own the land to this day, ten generations later. After meeting and marrying in Greenville in 1989, Drs. Bo and Ruby Cheves moved to Bo's family farm in Union Point, Georgia. Here, they began the work of remodeling the 150-year-old farmhouse and surrounding grounds. As their two kids grew older, Bo and Ruby decided to build a new house overlooking the Ogeechee River further back on the property in 2007. With the help of Erin and Stanton Porter, The Corry House held its first wedding in 2010. At that time, we didn't have our reception barn or the meadow and forest wedding sites. Folks got married in the garden or in front of the farmhouse. After a few years of weddings, Bo and Ruby decided to run with it and built our temperature-controlled barn in 2014.

Cloverleaf Farm was built in 1859 by Mordicai Edwards as a gift to his young bride, Martha, who desired the grandest house in the county. A uniquely picturesque farmhouse encased by a wrap-around porch, sitting atop acres of rolling pastures, awaits the bride who chooses this Southern gem. The home is reminiscent of the era in which it was erected. With ample space for entertaining and a multitude of options for ceremony and reception spaces, Cloverleaf Farm is full of possibilities. We wholeheartedly believe Cloverleaf Farm is one of the best wedding venues in Georgia.

Home of the Athens YMCA from 1889 until 1919, the original building on this site became a music store, movie house, hotel, Masonic Temple, furniture company and Sears Roebuck store before being replaced by the Elite Theatre in 1935. Except for a brief period as a Methodist church, this theatre – later renamed the Georgia Theatre – has served as a significant performance venue for emerging and established musicians from Athens and beyond. Devastated by a fire on June 19th, 2009, this historic concert hall has been rebuilt as a labor of love with reverence for the creative spirit that Athens has long embraced. With special thanks to the people of Athens and all who worked so diligently to restore her and make her better, the Georgia Theatre stands proudly reborn.
