Life-long residents of Lancaster County, the owners bought the property in 2013 where the Comfort Suites and Chestnut Hill Villa reside. Together, they chose to dedicate time to successfully keep the charm of Chestnut Hill Villa's private Country Estate 14-acre property. Blooming trees line the driveway at Chestnut Hill Villa upon entrance of the Country Estate. Chestnut Hill Villa! It’s historic appearance and authentic country atmosphere was kept intact during the renovations that made it into an elite event venue. Old world charm is displayed by the original deed signed by William Penn's son while new world amenities flourish throughout the venue.

Memory Lane, once a working farm in the early 1800s, was purchased by the Haldeman family in 1947. In addition to a recently restored barn, the property features 50+ private acres, including a charming arbor on the pond, rolling green meadows, seasonally landscaped gardens, a large canopy of mature trees, Tuscan arches in an intimate setting, an outdoor fireplace, and a covered porch and garden terrace. Moon Dancer Winery is a prime location for celebrations such as Wedding receptions, private parties, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, and private wine-tasting events. The winery was designed as a French Country-style chalet, featuring a Great Room with two fireplaces and cathedral ceilings. There is a large granite tasting bar. A spiral staircase leads to a second floor and a private suite where brides and bridesmaids can get relax before the ceremony or reception. Outside, there is a spacious patio for entertaining and acres of land that can accomodate a large party tent and plenty of parking. The patio overlooks the Susquehanna River and surrounding vineyards.
