My husband David and I have taken into account every detail you would need on your wedding weekend, from the Friday set up and rehearsal, to the Saturday preparations and photos, to the ceremony, reception, and after party! Our overnight accommodations of two suites inside the venue along with stand alone separate groom's and bride's houses, make the weekend even easier! We even include a relaxed Sunday morning check out if needed. All is set up by us and ready for you on Friday when you check in so that you may remain on-site, stress free, focusing solely on loved ones and the special commitment you are about to make to one another, and not on running back and forth from place to place. Located in the Nations Neighborhood of Nashville, we offer two venues in one space: Nicky's Coal Fired, which can host up to 150, and The Maxwell Room, which can host up to 90. When you host your event with us, pricing is all inclusive. That means every dollar spent will go towards your event- no booking fee, room charge, or empty expenses. Room With A View at Marathon Village, is a gorgeous venue located in downtown Nashville. Our event space is located in a 114-year-old factory with a historic Marathon Car Museum in the main lobby. Its antique oak stairs, original flooring, exposed brick walls, high ceilings, & large windows overlooking the downtown skyline is the most romantic backdrop for your wedding! On the 3rd floor of what used to be the administrative building of Marathon Motorworks, Its capacity is approximately 200 standing, 150 guests seated reception style. In house we are fully equipped with an elevator, an A/V system, round tables, folding tables, cocktail tables, & chairs. In the space you also have access to our catering kitchen and bar. We also provide two Ready Rooms, which comfortably accommodates four to five people. It has seating, a full-size mirror, counter space, a closet, and a large wall-mounted makeup mirror. A piece of history… The Cool Springs House has a long and colorful history. In 1830, James and Penelope Barfield Carothers built the original two log rooms of the Cool Springs House located at what is presently the intersection of Mallory Lane and Cool Springs Boulevard. Many years later, the house had major renovations done to it by adding the second story, the downstairs hall, and the front porch. Wilburn Street Studio is a beautiful 3800 square foot flexible rental space + 2500 square foot private outdoor space in East Nashville's historic McFerrin Park. We were originally a goods store in the 1930s and we still have the display nooks and a portion of the original walls. We have beautiful hardwood floors, natural light and plenty of space to create your dream wedding.

Estelle is an Event Space focused on Hospitality and Located one mile from Downtown Nashville, East of the Cumberland River in the Historic/Hip neighborhood of East Nashville. This architectural gem combines Victorian Elegance with the charm of a Cabin. The versatile property offers garden space, custom furnishings, catering and beverage service in-house and is the ideal venue for intimate events for 95 guests and under. Boasting beautiful architecture and design, Estelle perfectly reflects the humble spirit that defines the heart and soul of Nashville. The main event space, a historic log cabin from the 1800s, is a beautiful backdrop for your BIG DAY! The team at Estelle would be honored to help bring your vision to life. They offer support on floorplans and furniture setups, giving clients the opportunity to relax and enjoy their event. Estelle provides rentals, catering service, and beverage service.

Diamond Creek Farms is a brand new venue opening Spring of 2022. We are one of the largest venues in Nashville on a private property with spectacular views situated on over 100 acres of farm land. Our venue is high in design, modern and elegant with soaring 25 foot ceilings, crystal ring chandeliers, giant glass folding doors connecting to a beautiful covered patio. Just of the patio is an astro-turf lawn that faces the sunset every night. We include 250 ghost chairs and guest tables in our pricing. We have luxuriously appointed guests suites for the bride and groom as well.

Firefly Lane is located on our 85+ acre family farm with two available venues. The Barn is 4000 square foot of climate controlled space and offers two ceremony locations, the Enchanted Forest or the Garden. The Chapel is an open air Chapel for your ceremony and a open air building beside it for your reception. Each venue has it's own private entrance on the property.
