Not only did she help us stay organized for months, double-checking invoices and quantities along the way, but she also graciously prepared a special family recipe for the wedding dinner that meant so much to us. The food was absolutely incredible, her lobster rolls are a MUST HAVE. Guests have continued to bring them up weeks after the wedding. Laura’s staff during the wedding day were extremely professional to all guests. They made sure both myself and the groom had full dinner plates while we talked to guests, which was an amazing surprise. All of the food during the buffet dinner was also excellent. The bar was well stocked with everything we needed for our crowd, which enjoys their cocktails. The crew were professional and responsive and kept everything clean during the party. Because of their hard work, I was able to enjoy the day!
