This simply means that the client provides the alcohol and we take care of the rest! We are certified and insured. I began this company because of my love of whiskey and my citrus fruit allergy. It was hard finding a good mixed drink or cocktail that didn't require citrus and is still flavorful. So I began working at various bars in Baltimore and discovered that I wanted to step outside and create my own bar business. Thus, TipSee Pheen- Mobile Cocktail Bar, LLC was born in June 2019.
