He was super focused, detail orientated, bilingual, fun and laid back. He captured so many incredible behind the scene moments and my family kept saying we didn’t even see him take that picture. “Working with Kandid Art was overall a great experience! They showed up on time and made sure we got all the shots we wanted. Though the wedding ran a bit behind, they were flexible. The photos turned out beautiful, and they got creative with the locations given the cold, rainy weather. They even got some funny shots of the kids at the wedding that are some of my favorites! The video was also good, although I don't love that they had to use like stock music for the background (I guess it's because of copyright issues with other songs?). I wish they would have included audio of the vows rather than the cheers of the attendees, so make sure you ask them to do that if you want it! I do love that they provided us with all the raw video footage though, as some of the most special moments didn't make the highlight video. Due to the event running behind, the cost increased a bit (which I was asked about after the wedding) due to the 2 photographers needing to split up to cover the shots. I wish they had asked me or the Wedding Coordinator about that on the day of so we could understand better what was the issue, but it was a minor thing in terms of communication. Overall 8/10 rating and would recommend.”

Hands down, the easiest and best decision we made (besides going through with the marriage ;-)) was picking Chris as our photographer. He was so easy to work with from the get go. We set up a brief meeting, shared our vision (we wanted a "photojournalist approach"), and mapped out a schedule of events. Anything that we did not think to ask, he made sure to bring up and help make our vision more complete. Chris was excellent at capturing all of the tiny moments of the night without being in anyone's way. The pictures that he captured were absolutely STUNNING--the perfect amount of sentimental moments captured in beautiful lighting and silly off the cuff moments that captured the essence of each and every guest. We would work again with Chris in a heartbeat and friends have already requested his contact information for their ceremony. As an added bonus, because we did not end up using Chris for all of the allotted time, he offered to do a separate photoshoot whenever we would like.
