Brooke was a 10/10 wedding coordinator for our day. It was our best decision to hire her. She was available all 10 months leading up to the wedding to bounce ideas off of and made the planning process move so smoothly. Not only did Brooke coordinate our event day of, she ran our rehearsal (with a rather large bridal party) and also made my floral dreams to life by also doing all of my bridesmaids bouquets and all of my centerpieces. Brooke went above and beyond. She was professional, and there for every step of the way. She confirmed all timelines and information with all of my vendors prior to the wedding and ensured that our day was exactly what we imagined. Brooke allowed my husband and I to be fully present on our wedding day. I did not worry about a thing all day. She went above and beyond, offering to bring additional decorations and even showing up the day before to assist with our traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony, which was not even on the same day as our official wedding. We had only hired her for her day-of coordination package, but even so, she was a consistent voice and helping hand for us for months leading up to the wedding. I don’t think I can truly explain or fit into a review how amazing Kris with unKAGed events is! We hired Kris because this was a destination wedding for us and we needed help with locating vendors and wanted to feel like we had someone that we could work with in the area that was familiar with the industry and able to coordinate day of for us. I had my initial call with Kris and immediately felt comfortable and listened to with any questions or concerns I had with planning. She offered us different vendors for catering, rentals, dj and cake. She setup up tastings and meetings with all vendors making sure we felt comfortable and confident with every vendor we went with. Kris went above and beyond being CCd on every email and on every call. She provided quick and accurate information throughout the planning process. We ran into issues with our venue along the way and Kris was right there beside us helping us and working through it. What can feel like the chaos of wedding planning we knew we could trust her and rely on her. When it came to day of as a bride it’s hard to feel like you don’t have full control over your day. However trusting Kris after working with her leading up to the big day I knew she was going to do all she could to bring my vision to life and make the best decisions for our wedding. She did just that! I can’t put into words how much she did for us - from all the work leading up, rehearsal, setting up ceremony site, setting up cocktail hour, setting up the reception tables and seating chart and then breaking it all down after - she truly does it all!! I knew I was hiring someone to help us along the way and for the day of our wedding what I didn’t know is I was hiring someone who would care about us the way she did.

As a bride who did not grow up thinking about her dream wedding and loathes the thought of being the center attention and planning parties, I quickly decided a destination wedding to somewhere amazing was a must and Niagara Falls was that destination. Being from California and knowing there was no chance of a wedding actually happening if the {now} Husband and I were left to our own planning devices, the search for a wedding planner began. KR Events & Designs were one of two planners we talked to and fell in love with their vibes immediately! I didn’t have a lot of ideas outside of wanting the ceremony at Terrapin Point, an all vegan menu and no first dance at the reception. When we found out we wouldn’t be able to get the table games we originally wanted (shuffleboard, pool, foosball, etc.) because they wouldn’t fit in the elevator, they found giant board games for us instead. With that and a few ideas we sent over from Pinterest, Keirstan absolutely killed it! I’m positive any future events we have will now have to be done in Niagara Falls

I went with Prestige Planning for my wedding planner because of the ease of use. I met with my certified wedding planner before I booked and she was amazing and explained the whole process. I knew I could plan my own wedding but I’m not a pro at all so I knew I would need a lot of help. I didn’t want to spend the money on a full wedding planner so going this route was absolutely perfect. They were with me every step of the way. I especially liked the SOS calls they give because I needed them to assist with a vendor I was having an issue with. I knew I was going to need help with logistics and stuff on the actual day of my wedding because I wouldn’t have time to do so, so I added the coordination add on to my package. So I got my wedding planned with major help from an actual certified planner and coordination for my wedding day for less than others are charging for just coordination. Just go for it. You will not be disappointed at all! They really went above and beyond and did more for me than what they had outlined they would do. I got more than my money worth.
