Hiring Allie as our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our big day! As a queer, interracial couple with a super diverse group of friends and family, we were nervous about finding someone who would respect and celebrate us, but Allie was exactly what we needed and more. From start to finish, she made sure we felt supported, seen, and, most importantly, stress-free. Allie stepped in two weeks before the wedding and immediately took over all the vendor communication, making sure everything was handled so we could just enjoy the process. She didn’t just manage logistics—she managed everything: family drama (ugh, lifesaver), unexpected changes due to Hurricane Milton, and even the fact that most of our bridal party couldn’t make it. Somehow, she filled in the gaps so seamlessly that we barely noticed anything was missing. What stood out the most was how personal she made the experience. She took the time to learn everyone’s names, stayed calm and chill no matter what, and listened to us when we were stressed, always reminding us to focus on each other. Allie kept the day running at our pace, gave us time to be together, and even made sure we looked great in all our photos. She coordinated everything down to the details we cared about most, like our private last dance and getting all the shots we wanted. She was laid-back yet professional, blending in perfectly with the vibe of our wedding while carrying out our vision flawlessly. Deliece and Melissa absolutely killed it for our wedding day and we could not be more thankful!!! We booked them for their day of coordination services and they were able to alleviate a lot of stress leading up to the big day for me, which was key in keeping my sanity for the entire weekend. I am someone who is beyond type A and have a working background in event planning/management and they were such a great crew to work with and thought of details that never even crossed my mind! Having my event planning background, I really questioned if I would need planners because I felt like I had everything under control, but having Deliece and Melissa as part of our special day was a no-brainer! Looking back, I wish I would have found them sooner, honestly! 
We had many detailed pieces and small items to set out on the day of the wedding plus an end-of-night exit that took some coordination, and everything went off without a hitch. It was important to my now husband and me that during the time leading up to the day of the event, Deliece and Melissa were very professional and always responsive - even when Deliece had just welcomed her son to their family. They are great to bounce ideas off of as well and lean on for advice and support when the dreaded but inevitable hiccups happen prior to your big day (like me getting the stomach flu 2 days before the wedding and not being able to get into town on time). During the wedding, when anything was adjusted or if an issue came up, they presented everything to me very calmly and with a solution which I really appreciated because it kept me from getting upset or worried knowing that they had it completely handled and had my back! My dress bustle was destroyed early on after it was accidentally stepped on multiple times while dancing and the ladies were able to save the day and make sure that train wasn’t moving anymore and was secure and I would be able to party the night away. The best part of all (aside from them being amazing people to work with) was that they knew my schedule inside and out and did not let anything slip through the cracks, which was always something I was worried about before I had planners. All of their materials and plans they create are clear and straightforward and if you choose month of coordination, there are many follow up calls and these ladies work super hard behind the scenes to make sure everything is perfect. At the end of the night, everything was carefully put away and handled which allowed my new husband and I to be able to go off with our friends and family and continue the celebration at the after party, which were are BEYOND grateful for since there was so much partying happening during the actual wedding. Overall, our wedding was amazing and Deliece and Melissa deserve so much credit for that! My husband and I are beyond grateful for the whole team and for helping to make our day a legit fairytale!

Joy was incredible to work with as our Month Of Coordinator, can’t recommend her and the Taylored Events team enough! We’d already selected our venue, vendors, and design, but wanted support with ironing out final details, timelines, and day-of logistics. We initially weren’t sure if we needed a coordinator to begin with, but are so glad we went with them, especially because it made the day completely stress free, not only for us as the couple, but just as importantly, for our family and wedding party. Joy gave us a spreadsheet to help us check off everything we needed for planning, created our timeline down to the minute for the day of, coordinated all communication with vendors leading up to and throughout the wedding, oversaw our rehearsal walk-through the day before (on site), and set up our decor for us. Special touches included being so kind to our flower girls and keeping them entertained (thank you to Joy’s assistant, Lindsey) during speeches, taking phenomenal candids and Polaroids throughout (we had a camera out for guests to use during reception, pic attached), and helping with my quick dress change. Joy & team are super organized, friendly, diligent, professional, and flexible — and they really care about everyone having a great time. Huge thanks for all you did to allow us to be 100% present with each other and with our loved ones on our special day!

Let me start by saying my wedding was a tall order! I wanted a wedding that was gothic, elegant, Victorian-inspired, dark, and moody. We were going for gothic without it being “scare grandma” gothic! And to make it a step harder, our wedding was in a very modern looking building in Manhattan. And to make it even one step harder, my husband and I are based in Ireland. Lauren completely understood my vision and designed the most beautiful wedding I have ever seen. We had so many friends and family approach us about how beautiful the decor was, and even multiple members of staff and various vendors saying they have never seen the venue look so amazing. Her attention to detail is beyond phenomenal and everything is done with such thoughtfulness and due diligence. Lauren was so organised throughout the entire wedding planning process. She helped us look for the best vendors, she went to view different tablecloth landscapes and furniture when we couldn’t (again, we live abroad!) and kept me up to date every step of the way without bombarding us so we could continue to regulate life outside of wedding planning. I have recommended Lauren multiple times to newly engaged friends, and will continue to recommend City and Terrace in the future! You truly cannot get a better wedding planner who listens to the couples’ wants and needs, understands, and most importantly keeps you calm and organised through the chaotic planning process! We had Raquel for 3 month coordination, and words alone cannot express how organized, professional, and seamless Raquel made the three months leading up to and on wedding day. Prior to the start of our coordination with Raquel, she provided us with a very organized, detailed spreadsheet to guide us through the wedding planning process. Raquel was the organization and detail behind every idea I brought to the table and helped to make our vision a reality! Raquel was my coordinator but doubled as my wedding therapist throughout the three months! Any wedding related question we had, Raquel was always there with a very thoughtful and speedy email response. Starting at 5pm the night before our wedding when she led us through our mini walk-through, to walking down the aisle, I felt completely reassured everything would go as smoothly as possible due to Raquel’s expertise! Raquel and her team are the perfect blend of professionalism and warmth that made our day feel seamless. Her team worked effortlessly behind the scenes on the day of our wedding (even running back to my apartment to pick up forgotten ceremony programs and doing so without me even knowing!). Words can't describe how thankful I am to have had Jess and Jackie on my wedding day!!! Our day wouldn't have nearly gone as smoothly without them. They truly embraced the day and put all their energy into knowing inside and out our timeline, every detail, our vendors and our bridal party. I (the bride) was able to go about my entire day without having to worry about a single thing because they were taking the lead and handling it all. With a big bridal party and family, they ensured our most important people were where they needed to be and that we got all the photo shots that I had specified on my extensive list. All my expectations for the day that I had talked with them the months prior to our wedding were met and exceeded. There were only a few small bumps to the day and they immediately diffused the situation and quickly resolved it, all while being so kind and professional. These two allowed me to be completely present on my day and blocked out all the noise for me and I can't thank them enough for that. I will forever be grateful for Jess and Jackie and I highly recommend you book them ASAP!!!

I highly recommend Charissa and her team if you're looking for a wedding coordinator/planner! She is so professional, organized, and just the nicest person ever. We had so many questions and worries but Charissa helped us feel at ease throughout it all. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND on the day of the wedding... literally hauling extra chairs with her throughout the botanic gardens so we could get our photographs!! LOL! You can just tell how much she cares about her clients and we so appreciated the effort. We also had Kevin on her team set-up the decor at the venue and they did an amazing job -- we were blown away when we arrived! We got tons of compliments from our guests at how lovely the entire wedding was and I know we could not have pulled it off without Charissa / Simply Loved Weddings!!

We got married on our property in upstate NY and KR occasions helped provide day of coordination and SO much more. Kayce who is the founder, owner and operator helped coach us through the process, provided regular therapy and sourced some amazing vendors, who made the day so special. I would highly recommend that anyone getting married either at a venue or on your property use a coordinator so that you can relax on the day and feel assured that all will go to plan. Kayce is very experienced, knows what works and what doesn’t and fully takes charge to get the job done. People don’t generally follow directions at events and Kayce made sure that we stayed on schedule and didn’t have any regrets after the big day. Highly recommend KR occasions - you will be in safe hands and won’t regret the investment.

Some people might have a detailed vision for what they imagine on their Wedding day. I was not one of those people! I had a vague sense of wanting something ethereal and dreamy, with no clear direction of getting there. But from my very first conversation with Jasmine, I had full trust in her creative abilities and eye. She took the reins and crafted something far beyond what I could have ever dreamed up. The arrangements were just breathtaking-lush, romantic, and the arch (!!!!!) she built by hand was so elegant, intricate, and complimented our outdoor venue perfectly. What really stood out, however, was the way she went above and beyond. She picked up so much of my slack with grace and consideration and helped in every way she could. Our wedding flowers and design are some of my favorite parts of our wedding and we will forever be so thankful for all that she did for us. I highly recommend Jasmine to any couple looking for a beyond talented, thoughtful, and incredibly reliable vendor. Be prepared to love her! Book her immediately!!!

My wedding was this past weekend, and I still want to shout Amanda's praises from every rooftop! Hire her now! We had a complex wedding design: a full three-night, four-day weekend with several different spaces and layouts involved, and different guest lists for each day. Amanda handled everything masterfully. Every detail was exactly as we imagined (and more!), and she was a true joy to work with. My mother and I have different working styles and visions, and somehow Amanda found a way to meet both of our needs at each turn and help us avoid any conflict with one another. Amanda is highly detail-oriented and has a way of handling so many things "behind the scenes" and well in advance of the wedding - including crafting much of the decor and guest gifts weeks in advance, then personally transporting them to the wedding. It was efforts like this that really set her apart from other planners -- measurably reducing our stress each moment and taking things off our very full plates. We will genuinely miss speaking and working with Amanda. Our only regret was not hiring her sooner - she joined us after we had personally booked our venue and a handful of vendors, but having her with us earlier would have only enhanced our planning process.

Chelsea with Home Town Events was a dream to work with! From early on to the day of, Chelsea made me feel at ease. She connected with the vendors and made sure everyone had coordinating timelines, she helped with setting the venue up the day before (even making the signs for our dessert bar), helped my kids during rehearsal so they knew what to do, and even helped our photographer hold my veil. The day of the wedding Chelsea handled everything down to making sure my husband and I had time to eat and were hydrated while taking pictures. I cannot sing her praises enough.
