The Day Of Company
The Day Of Company offers Day Of Coordination for couples who have made (or are in the process of making) all of the plans for their wedding but would like a professional Coordinator (who also happens to be incredibly pleasant to work with) there that day to ensure those plans come together. From steaming dresses & garments to managing vendors (without being bossy) to answering questions from anyone and everyone to wrangling people for photos or transportation and so much more – we make sure all of the moving parts are managed, setup is executed, logistics are handled, items are placed and our clients & their families are enjoying the day.
We don't offer full service wedding planning - just the Day Of. Our clients make their plans and we make them happen. The Day Of offers a straightforward service at a fair price. We're flexible, easy to work with, and on top of every detail. While our focus is executing your plans and details on the Day Of, we are involved during the lead-up and would be happy to share more detail on our process.

Loved working with The Day of Company!!
Hiring Joanna and her team for our wedding at the Picnic House was one of the best decisions we made. From our first call, Joanna was SO helpful in organizing the timeline and all of the many little details that go into a wedding. We loved that she provided us with a list of the outstanding decisions to make (many of which we hadn't thought of ourselves), which was a really helpful guide in the last couple months of planning. It was also really helpful that Joanna's team had worked at the Picnic House many times before. Carleigh executed the day-of-coordination and she was fantastic. Everything went seamlessly and she was so helpful to us, our immediate family, and our guests more generally. Overall, we also just appreciated Joanna and Carleigh's relaxed vibe, which fit with what we going for in terms of our wedding planning process and the day-of. Highly recommend!!

Hiring The Day Of as our wedding coordinator was truly one of the best decisions we made for our big day. From the moment we started working together, it was clear how organized, professional, and thoughtful they were. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, they made sure to go over every detail with us, helped fine-tune our timeline, and ensured that nothing was overlooked. On the actual day, they were calm, collected, and completely in control — exactly what you want when there’s so much going on. Thanks to their expert coordination, everything ran smoothly: vendors showed up on time, the ceremony started without a hitch, and we were able to just relax and enjoy the celebration without worrying about logistics. They handled every little hiccup (if there were any, we didn’t even notice!) with grace and efficiency. It was also incredibly helpful that they were already familiar with our venue (Frankie's 457). Our families and wedding party commented on how helpful and kind they were throughout the day. We felt so taken care of, and we can’t thank them enough for making our wedding so stress-free and seamless. They are absolutely worth it!

Wow! We are SO happy we worked with The Day of Coordinator team (special shout out to Caroline Aren who made our day perfect!) We plan events for a living (so we're also quite picky...) but we knew when it came to the day of, we needed someone to play the role of team captain. Finding someone who can jump right in and take the reigns without trying to oversell you on a massive, unneccesary package was few and far between. Right away, TDOC (and Caroline!) blew us away with their organization and professionalism. Caroline immediately made us feel comfortable, met us where we were and also thought of things that wouldn't have crossed our minds. We felt fully supported leading up to the day, with a in-depth prep call and many touch points leading up. She jumped right in with all of our vendors, and connected the dots, and helped plan a perfect program. Not only did she show up with a binder of information to lead this run of show, but she also wielded a hand truck to ferry 6 cases of water across the Asbury Boardwalk to the beach for our ceremony, just as one example. TDOC provided an invaluable, flexible, and personal service and we can't imagine our day without them. We even made sure to recommend them to our venue, so that future weddings could use them too! 11/10!

The Day Of Company was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. Their communication style was fast, clear, and easy, which was so helpful during the busy wedding planning process. They were incredibly detail-oriented and thought of everything to make our special day go so smoothly.
